Return/cancellation of Product & its RVP

I requested cancellation against my order I'd [protected] & it was assured that my order for Samsung galaxy M53 with Adaptor has been cancelled and my money will be refunded within 7-10 days. In spite of this, mobile was delivered & my wife mistakenly received it. On the same day I complained about it to the customer service. Since about 1 month, I wrote various mails & talked to customer care several times for cancellation...
