Savoy Hospitality Complaints & Reviews

I am sumeet arora from kolkata. I bought the membership of savoy hospitality in 2020. I haven't got all the facilities that they promised me. I have been trying to contact them but they are not picking my calls. I visited their office is closed. It is clearly unethical behaviour. I want to cancel my membership and want full refund. I have given them rs.125000 by card. I am filing an official complaint for this. I want my money back. Either they cancel my membership and give me full refund or they give me all the facilities they promised.

There will promises for tour services, take yearly membership of 50000. when you ask for services they will ignore calls. Waste of time, energy & money, will register FIR against Savoy & their Kolkata officials
