I want to inform you that I have received an empty sealed bottle of "EUPATORIUM PERFOLIATUM" purchased on[protected] from Shri Balaji Medical Store located at B-1/10, Near Raja Garden Chowk, B-2 Road, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110027. He refused to take it.
Kindly deliver the new bottle as soon as possible on address 22A, Upper Ground Floor, AB Block, Single Storey, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015.

Dear sir i was purchased homeopathic medicine acid phos 100 ml @ 160 approx. Sbl co. From dua pharmatical chandni chock and expiry of this bottle was 2023, but after few days inside the bottle found something dust & waste part those have found in dirty water and i have make a vedio regarding this also uploaded. I was inform to shopkeeper regard this and he was returned 1 bottle sealed but 1 bottle those opened by me not return please solve issue

Respted sir /madam. I booked homeopatht medicines sbl company on 13th october. I booked 12 homeopahtt medicines. I got a message that the courier has been delivered. Hope u serve u soon again health mug.. But i did not receive any phone call before delivering. But i did not receive my medicines. That medicines are very urgent medicines and sensitive medicines.. I complainted health mug customer care so many times. They gave me courier person number.. The courier person also not answering our calls.. I called customer care of healthmug. Team. They are very irresponsible. They are not caring customers. Even dtdc courier persons too.,. I really wexed. I send email to customercare and over phone calls. But they are not replying. My order no is x29861819. The dtdc customer care gave ticket number 12900819. But no use please kindly take action as soon as possible

Haloo respected sir/madam. we aordered sbl company homeopathy medicines on 13th october in ur website..23rd october i got message that the courior has been delivered hope to serve you again in the future. healthmug.but i have not received any medicine yetneither call from them before delivering.i have paid all the money including delivery changes by debit card. i already raised a complaint. but they are not responding . kindly look into this matter plz solve my problem. the medicines we ordered are very emeegency medicines.

I have order sbl complay 12 medicines on 13th october. Which was very urgent and after two days i got a messagethat ur order been delivered hope to serve again health mug. Respected sir/mam ..I would like to register a complain of Mr s.p sharma ur executive from Amritsar...who did not cooperate with me. ..in delivering the medicines...n kept in dark with loads of excuses...of not deliverying the medicines He even promised to meet me in person which he did not...shameless to speak to such irresponsible executives who r not taking care of the doctors n spoiling the companies name...he committed me to give the products initially but he later never cooperated whenever called he always had excuses ...I am getting good offers from other brands too..see that u take action against him..or I vl not recommend ur products in market.
