Mrs nina from sbm mesnil is a big thief... She is a big crook... What does she think money doesn't grow in a tree... I'm not going to keep quiet i must get my refund back to be frank i earned that money with sincere hardwork (Avec mo la sueur)... I'm going to tell everybody and i'm going to make a big complaint on facebook on mrs nina of sbm mesnil... Mrs nina of sbm mesnil is sitting and have easy money... Mrs nina is really a very disgusting...

          SBM is not adhering RBI rules for laon proec essing loans. I had applied for a loan, and they sat on my application for 7 weeks, after which they kept asking of docuemnts every 1 week gap and later rejected the application with no reason given. Please let me know what can be done to take action against the person and bank who was handling m, y loan application, which has resulted in me loosing on a lot of time o[censored]pto 90 days.

            We are not happy with the bank services net banking services is not working from past 1year i had complained to the grievence cell also but it was not helpfull attached proof

            According to rbi regulation the problem should solved within 7 days of my application

            If the problem is not solved within 24 hours i will be forced to take action through other route


            I have to travel 50 km to come to your branch

            Thrice i had spent nearly 1000 rs to and fro expenses

            I cannot come to your bank every now and then just to get the password

                Sir, my account No.[protected]. I had given requisite for internet banking for four times. At last in my SBM branch office they have issued the internet banking kit. But, when I operated it, I got to know that it belongs to another person's account. So immediately I have informed them about it. Still they are saying that they are not responsible for it. and they have not cancelled that also. And not issued different internet banking kit also. How can someone operate the different person's account. Please consider my request and do the needful.

                  yesterday i went to a shop called twinkle located in utility building and after shopping for 7000rs i swipe my debit card and sign on delivery slip i come home and find in my account the amount is debited twice i ask the shop owner he say it is not his problem i will give u all details and also letter that i received only 7000 once but in my statement it is showing the amt is debited to there account whom should i contact

                      I am having a n Savings account([protected]) in State Bank of Mysore, Siddhartha Nagar Branch.

                      On 11th August 2009 i tried withdrawing Rs.5000 from ATM but i got an error message "TRANSACTION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED", As i required money urgently I tried in IDBI ATM, AXIS BANK ATM and CANARA BANK ATM But i could not withdraw any amount from ATM.

                      After that when i checked my account online a total of Rs.23500/- has been deducted from that transaction and Rs.18500/- has been credited back to my account next day. and one transaction of Rs.5000 has not been credited.

                      I complained to the branch on 12th August, But the manager says that it may take 45 days to credit the amount back to my account. This is the second time i am facing this same problem earlier it was credited to my account after a month.

                      I really dont know why this happens, The Concerned authorities should take necessary actions so that these kind of problems wont repeat.

                          I am having my salary account with STATE BANK OF MYSORE, St.Thomas Mount Branch.

                          Three months back, I went to Branch and submitted written application for online banking. The same day, they given me one covered envelop having my online banking USER ID and PASSWORD.

                          The bank manager of St.Thomas Mount branch told me that, I can start using my ONLINE SBM from 3rd day. When, i tried to log in using ONLINESBM.COM website, I got an error saying that, 'INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD' . I contacted the manager over phone and informed him about the error i am getting while loggin in. He assured me that, he will rectify the same in a day.
                          But, he did't rectified the same.

                          Thereafter, I went to branch and reported him about the problem so many times also i have contacted so many times for the past 3 months.Lastly on 25-nov-08 also i went to bank regarding the same, still he is saying the same word that he told me three months back that, 'I will correct it in a day'.

                          But, as on today ( 30-Nov-08), it is not yet rectified.

                          See, how much lazy and non-responding mangers are there in public servicing organizations.

                          I have seen this page accidentally, I'll be able to solve your problem, quote your phone No: in next posting or register your complaint on bank's website,

                          Here I am bit vary of giving mail adresses etc.,
                          As on today( 24-Mar-09 ), State Bank of Mysore, St. Thomas Mount Branch not able to provide me the Corrected USER NAME and PASSWORD, which is not working since Sep 08.

                          Even after, once in three days of repeated followup with the concerned person who is dealing the netbanking user name and pasasword I am still yet to get corrected password.

                          Even after taking this much of very long days to correct the problem i detailed, still he is saying a story.
                          Yesterday, he said that, like me they are having more than 150 customers whose user name and password is not a status of correctable. They are in plan of providing a new username and password for
                          all the cusotomers whose username and password is not working from the day first.

                          But yesterday, I pointed out their Irresponsible activity and i denied not to provide me any further username and password as I am not satisfied with their service.

When, i tried to log in using ONLINESBM.COM website, I got an error saying that, 'INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD' . I contacted the manager informed him about the error i am getting while loggin in. He told me that you can login from tommorow.

                          But, as on today ( 05/05/2009), it is not yet rectified.

                            I Reshmi v nair hold an a/c no:[protected]. On 3rd oct 2007 went to new Alwal to SBI atm to Withdrawl the cash of Rs: 3000/- but I recieved only 2500/- though i had sufficient fund's on that particular day.
                            I have already given a written complaint at SBM, SBI still there is no such response from there.
                            So I kindly request you to do the needfull as earliest.
