Poor service
I have been a SBM TVS perambur
customer for the past 15 years still continue to be because of
your previous service. But for the past one and a half years I'm extremely dissatisfied with your AMC service. No proper response, poor feedback, false promises. Very delayed service and lethargic attitude. I escalate this to your concern. Kindly do needful

Under Insurance claim - TN01BM2584 (Vehicle status) - Delivery delay
Mail follow up refer below,
I would like to know what is happening with my bike as it is not yet delivered . First i need a breakup of my insurance claim but there is no response from the surveyor or the showroom. To brief on the issue i met with an accident on 17-Mar-2022 and I’ve raised a claim. The showroom said that it will take a month for the bike delivery. I asked the showroom for an alternative bike as i need it to commute to my office. The showroom said that my bike is in driving condition and asked to take my bike and use it until the parts arrive. Unfortunately i met with another major accident and was hospitalised on 26-Mar-2022. My bike was in police station. I notified the showroom about the second accident and they informed that they will take care of it. Bike was handed over to me from police station when i was discharged from hospital. I’ve submitted all documents and bike to the showroom. Its been two months and i still haven’t got my bike. For the last two months i had to use public and private transport to office which is from Ayanavaram to Sholinganalur. It is not cheap to travel in a cab. I am at loss now and also in FRUSTRATION because of Purchased a bike with SBM-TVS.
1. I need proper explanation as in why my bike delivery is delayed - Whenever visiting workshop simply convinced me with some other problems.
2. I need a clear breakup of my insurance claim - Surveyor yet to be shared
3. I need to know when my bike will be delivered - Target date?
I need all my questions answered in email. I was given multiple false commitments. Now the showroom is trying to corner me for the false commitments and mistakes they made. I believe atleast to this email will get proper response. Either give me new bike or give my bike back to me. Since it is taking longer than usual time and i am at loss. I need compensation from the showroom for my loss if my bike is not delivered on time
Note:
SBM-TVS achieved Customer Annoyance instead of satisfaction.
As many times visited workshop to get delivery. Always came out with empty, making me to think why I Purchased the bike from SBM-TVS.
Note: there no reply at all. False commitments. Customer query not at all solved.

I booked tvs apache rtr 160 4v special edition 2022 in sbm motors moolakadai on 26-jan-22 and paid full cash
still no response from sales manager or show room

This is a complaint regarding a new ntorque which was purchased a year ago. The battery has been having an issue and within my service period itself the battery has worn out and I had to purchase a new battery. Now again after my service. The battery is dead and the bike is at the service station for the last 8 days. On the first time when I had to pay for the battery, It took them 1 day to have the replacement given, on my next service they had the bike with them for 3 days and now in this complaint service they have it with them for 8 days now without any information at all.

Delay in delivery after service

We had given our TVS Scooty streek for general paid service to the nearby TVS bikes dealer SBM in peravallur, chennai-82.This time as we dont have anyone in our house to take it directly & give for service, we opted for pickup & drop service option from them.The scooter is in good condition & theres no any complaint so its just a general service with new oil adding & a waterwash.Its been almost a week past we had given for service & followingup everyday through telephone but still they havent delivered our scooter.

It's been 8 months since the took wheeler has been taken from this showroom but SBM TVS branch in Perambur has so far not rendered a proper service for the two wheeler. Even after the service, the the problem continues. They inform that they will call and intimate about the delivery or the status of the vehicle but never a call as such has come so far in these 8 months. The service men are so lethargic that they are not mindful of delivering the vehicle to the customer in time and so to speed up the process.
