Scam Under Myshopify.com Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered tshirts for Rs 1014 under your website domain name Their ad was running on Instagram. And when I am trying to view my order or open the link it is not accessible now just displaying " the store is unavailable" It's a Scam going under your website domain name.

The message I recieved after making the payment is below

Recently I have ordered some shirts worth in total Rs. 887/- from a domain under yours. It was a scam and I noticed multiple seller accounts with the sole purpose of doing fraud activities. Multiple ads are running on social networking sites like Instagram and Facebook for these accounts. Many people were being cheated for the same. No actions were taken from the online platform or your side for fraud mitigation. This is very inappropriate and solely unethical with the policy of doing business. I am adding a few accounts which are now live for your verification.
