Scholarship Nsp 2.0 Complaints & Reviews

As in my pfms it was showing the failure reason that account reached maximum credit limit set on account bank by bank.

After updating bank details for renewal 2018-19 in april my payment failed because of bank details not matched and ifsc code is worng. After that my payment is failed and i dont got any message because the sim on nsp ac linked is deactivated. So i contacted to nsp help desk they tell me to contact ministry co-rdinators so i get their contact but the contact is not working i tried to many time as well i email but they not replied. I contact district, state, minstry nodal officer but numbers aren't working or inactive. So please provide me their no or update my bank details and reinitiate my payment so i recieve scholarship. Please solve my issue.
