I had placed an order for Glidex™️ - Mini Electric Shaver on September 15. I received the package today on October 13. Instead of a shaver, there was workwear inside. Attached images of the package, and invoice.

The company seems to be fake. The email provided on their website [protected]@scrollstreet.in is not reachable, the email bounces back. Also the phone number which confirmed the order,[protected], is also not reachable.

Please help resolve this. It would be good to receive a full refund.

I had ordered for the spinal cushion. Today (Jan 11th) i got delivered a fake version of the above. I have paid rs.1499.
Product shown in the advertisement and what was delivered are completely different.
I want full refund for this.

I feel they are operating under a fake company called zipped solutions because blue dart delivery says the name as zipped solutions, fraud company.

I had ordered a eyebrows shaper and they sent a defective facial hair remover.
They are not responding over the email.
They don't have a phone number as well.
At the time of ordering it showed the product which I wanted to buy from a long time.But what I received is available for 250 on other websites.they have charged me 600 for the same.
These companies fool customers and think that they can easily get away with it.
The time has changed and they should be taught a lesson.
They should be asked to pay double the amount they dupe others.

I have ordered through the bag it fast one facial hair removal with the amt of rs 499. With the order no. 10589. But today it got delivered from the other website scroll street with the oder no. 15547. And the courier person has asked for the rs 699. When i was check the details the first order got canceled, and scroll street person has delivered the product by extra taking rs 200. The quality of the product is so cheap and it was available in others site with the price os rs 129. They cheated us. This is a very worst way of doing the business. I want my money back. Please help me.

I ordered a laptop table (Cozydesk - order no: ss270374). The table delivered was different from the one displayed. Additionally, it had scratches all over. The joints were creaky and were getting stuck. Bits of plastic from the mouse stand were broken. The table is as far from sturdy as you can get without being extremely shaky. I wrote (With pictures attached) to the customer support about the defective product on the day it was delivered. Today, it has been over 10 days and i haven't heard from the company till date despite repeated reminders. I bought the product after looking at the glowing reviews (Which now appear to be doctored) and was completely misled. This was my first experience with the company. Never buying from here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

I ordered through instagram market place ads, i got the product but its too worst and i found no way to return back the product. There is no customer care no to contact. Mailed them but no one responded.

I have placed order by using my mobile number and now to return product i have to login. But login has only email option. If i enter my email its saying no account found. There is no way to return the product.

Worst products, worst quality, loss of money, fraud company, no customer services

Still no any information about the products. No any traceability of tracking of products. No message is receiving from the company.

Now i am doubting that this is a fraud company and i am badly looted by that. Why any social media show this type of fraud companies in their sight.

Very sad for all buyers of this company.
