I bought a uv protection specs from this website for 679.15₹. I paid the money online. But my order is not confirmed. The money has been deducted from my account.in my account in the website it says that i havent ordered anything. I tried to reach them through email but they didnt responded. I also checked their insta a nd fb pages and found that many people are complaining in the comment section about this company as fraud. Please resolve my issue.

I had orerder flawless eyebrow shaper from scrool street made payment through debit card but after that not recieved the prouduct made multiple email also ...really a fraud company.

I had purchased a mobile juicer and the payment was done online. When i wanted to return the product as soon as it got delivered. No one responds.. It is a fraud website with no customer care number. I filled in the customer form and it said they will get in touch but no one did. I did not even unbox the product. Kindly help me return this product.. It is over priced and other sites sell it for half the price i paid.
