Ordered copydesk item vide order no.[protected] dt.5.6.2019 thru this site and neither item delivered yet nor responding to mails by the vendor. sent Multiple reminders to the support email ([protected]@alphaglee.com) id in the order. tracking is not working. No option to cancel the order. Payment gateway CCAVENUE and website should be banned from online shopping.

I placed an order with them for a multipurpose cleaner. After the payment was done through credit card their website crashed and could not get order confirmation. But, got confirmation from payumoney, that the transaction was successful. I made a complaint and got a complaint number. After that have been reminding them but they are totally silent on the matter. I even wrote to them, that i would lodge a complaint and would also give very bad reviews about them in the social media, but even for this they are silent. The website does not have any contact telephone numbers, and only a form is provided for making a complaint.

This company is an fraud with a tie up delivery service with blue dart.. I have filled a complaint against both the companies as the order i have received is totally different from what i expected. I need a strict action on both the companies as i have marked mail on both the sites to revert asap... But there is no response on feedback. The site is pitching people with fake accounts on facebook and instagram. And display different product pictures with no identity.
