Dear sir
I have FD in my father name which was mature and i forget to do the renew of the FD.Normally FD is auto renewed for the same period but as per SDC bank malad east branch .. It can be done before 6mnth or you will get only 4 %.
Even after excepting this and renewing the FD i wanted to withdraw the money ..now they are saying withdrawal is not possible as per RBI guideline withdrawal is not possible before before maturity... And you cannot take loan..
Sir my only question is if this is the rule then y are u fulling people by not informing them.
How can i withdraw my hard earn money can u please help...

Please note that, my wife id having fix deposite accout in the sahebrao co-operative bank. When i was open fix deposite account in this bank. Bank executive said that customer any time can withdraw fix deposite account money before maturity date.

But there some problem with banks. Now they are not allowing to withdrawal for money. My money is stuck in bank. No any one co-oprating & they shown me cercular of rbi but there fully mentioned bank do not give bank loan against of his fd.

Kindly help me how to process for above withdrwal.

I think there are some problem with bank. I am strickly recommended do not go with this bank. Bank can give problem in future.

MY CHEQUE WAS BOUNCCE .IT WAS MY SALARY CHEQUE THAT WAS GIVEN ME EMPLOYER SDC BANK I AM VERY UPSET .THEY ARE NOT GIVEN ME PROPER REPLY.IT WAS HAPPEND SECOND TIME .
