Dear Sir/ Madam,

I recently bought Yamaha R15 V3 manufactured year 2019 ( engine number -G3K5E0045895, chassis number - ME1RG5219J0043623, kilometres driven - 16000). I have been driving my bike regularly and the service has been constantly made in SEASON MOTORS coimbatore.

When I was driving for work on 23rd of July suddenly the vehicle turned off and was not starting, immediately I had taken the vehicle to the service centre i.e. season motors, coimbatore. They have diagnosed the vehicle and suspected that the clutch oring has been cut and have blocked the engine oil supply. I am surprised to hear this since the vehicle engine was not removed since there is no complaint history regarding the clutch and engine. The service team had estimated the cost to be around 30000 to
Rectify the complaint.

I'm very unhappy with the vehicle since it has not been completed 16000 kms, kindly look into this issue and provide the best solution for the same. Looking forward for your positive response and immediate action regarding the same.

I went to season motors, sungam, coimbatore for the purpose of servicing my accident bike. First they took 30 days to resolving my problems and then i went for inspecting my vehicle but i'm not satisfied with their job done. I raised a complaint for redo the work. The service man fought with. Me after i submitted my complaint... They used unwanted (Harrasing) words and they told we wont repair your bike... So yamaha motors india take necessary steps to solve it
