consumercomplaints.in forum : After giving complaint do you take any action or simply posting in the website.

If you realy taking any action on this, it is very good. I reallly hate this bloody govt services.

How many days do you need to take action? Do you update on the complaint action?

PLease reply on the mentioned above doubts. so that i will post complaints.

earlier to my complaint a call from Ripul sharma Ghaziabad ( ph no [protected] / [protected] ) saying that he will inform me after inquiring from service centre at Maharaja whitline agra but even after 10 days have been passed no response from either service centre or Ghaziabad office turn up and my product is lying there unattened . This shows that how much company is intrested in after sales service

    my compliance is that i have a problem to call to any Mobil from 11 pm to morning 6 am so place take a sires action on my compliance.

      MCD -park cleaning-park maintance

      Dear Sir,
      We residents of lalita park /J&K block/Hblock /Dblock followed many time with concerned desk for cleaning issues, placement of sitting bench, plantation, fixing play jhoolas in ark correctly in our local park (tikona- janta park ) but till today no concerete results and whatever done it is for name sake and useless.
      We request u to please loo into matter and give appropriate instructions to solve issue.

      Hi I am resident of R. K. Puram and travels daily to Hi tech city. I usually go by my personal car but i am longing for bus service which takes me from R. K. puram to hitech city, which very much effort i came to know the bus number 10H/16H but the problem is I am not able to find the timings and the bus stoppage name so that I could use it. Kindly imporve on this regard so that I could use it.

      Secondly, I suggest you start special bus service for IT people as a charted non stop bus who goes from r. k. puram surrounding areas to Hi tech city. You could take a monthly charges THis will reduce traffic of cars from the road and if the service is good then definetly people will use it. I use to use this type of service from Meerut to delhi. This will really boost the revenue for you organization and also help in reducing the traffic from road.

        i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
        whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . The packet supplied by the bank is 'kit no - [protected], packet no = 41497, circle code = 12, serial no. - 06
        i hae applied sbi netbanking facility and they give me the uId and Pword in the same day.But i cant access my account.whenever i am trying to login my account they sho invalid username and password
        so please help me

          Dear Sir,
          I was going for my journey from Bhacau to Mumbai Central on 21/1/2009.While arriving at platform i found that my wallet has been stolen by someone and my ticket has been lost. i had came to platform before 1 hr from starting time of journey. i went to meet 'station master' of station BHACHAU and told him about the fact. instead of helping me out by issuing me a duplicate ticket, he gave me a suggestion to make a police complaint and bring LC for duplicate ticket, which was not possible within 1 hr. i somehow sat into the train without any original ticket or duplicate ticket.
          My ticket details are as follows:
          Train Name:- Kutch Express
          Passenger Name:- Arvind Vora
          Date of journey:- 21/01/2009.
          Coach no:- B1
          Seat no:- 31.
          Reservation status:- CONFIRMED.
          Ticket fare:- Rs 800.

          After sometime, a TC came for ticket checking. i told him that i dont have my ticket as i have lost it but i was having my PAN CARD and i showed him that i am only the person with whose name the ticket is booked. He too agreed that i was only the person to whom seat belongs to.
          he told me that fine is rupees 1600 as i dont have any ticket but as you have showed me this pan card then you will be fined 800 less that is 800Rs. i Requested him to charge less but he didnt.
          He said me that this is the rule.
          I paid him the amt he said and he gave me a official receipt of rs 800 numbered G068280.

          NOW,
          ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF INDIAN RAILWAYS
          REFUND ON LOST/ MISPLACED TICKETS
          No refund is permissible against lost/misplaced tickets. However passenger will be allowed to travel on the reservation already made on confirmed one or RAC .If the loss of confirmed/RAC ticket is reported before the preparation of the reservation chart, duplicate ticket will be issued on the collection of the clerkage charge per passenger. If the loss of confirmed/RAC ticket is reported after the preparation of the reservation chart, duplicate ticket will be issued on the collection of the 50% of the fare . No duplicate ticket will be issued after the preparation of reservation chart in case of RAC ticket . Loss of tickets be reported to railways immediately to prevent fraudulent refunds on lost tickets.

          Then how can he fine me such a big amount!
          I want a fair justice against this issue. i Hope you help me out from this problem.

            I HAVE GIVEN MORE ONE &HALF WEEK BACK CAR DL4CM3128 FOR DENTING & PAINTING .THERE WAS SOME MACKNICAL WORK ALSO TO BE DONE. IT MISSING & STOPING ON THE WAY SOME TIME . WHICH WAS NOT IN JOB CARD, I HAVE ALSO INFORM SERVICE ENGINEER MR, RAVI REGARDING PROBLEM. BUT WHEN I GOTBACK MY CAR I FOUND IN SAME STATE. IT SEEMS THAT MACKNICAL PROBELM IS NOT ATTENDED AT ALL. I HAVE SPEND FUEL & TIME FROM DWARKA TO MUDKA. THIS IS FRAUD ON CUSTMER.

              I have not received cheque of income tax refund from oct-2007. I have submitted income tax return on your Baroda office State -Gujarat.
              I am civil Judge, my job is transferable and my permenant address is located in baroda.
              I have given S/B Ac. No. [protected] But operating branch of this SBI account is changed, presently it is jumbusar. so kindly do needful and issue refund cheque on following Address.

                Three years back my credit card no
                <[protected]> had a pending amount
                Rs. 10,000 /- was settled in 4 installment @ Rs. 2500 per month . I again not requested your bank for the renewal of credit card. Now your bank send a letter to me as 1) credit limit Rs. 19,000/- including cash -
                2) Available Credit Rs. 18157.30 Including cash
                3) Cash limit Rs. 7600/- as a part of credit limit
                4) Available cash Rs. 7600/ Payment due date 02/02/2008 - Minimum Amount due Rs 200 and Total amount due Rs. 842.70 / and Annual fee charged Rs. 842.70 and opening balance Rs.29 and closing balance Rs.29.
                When my card was closed how the card reactivated without my acknowledgment? Hereafter if your bank send any letter to my address I will go to the court as your bank cheating the public . I never applied any credit card in the past three years.
