SETC BUS SERVICE Complaints & Reviews
On 16/02/2021, I tried to book a bus ticket from Nagercoil to Salem in SETC. Amount Rs.540/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.
I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

I reserved the bus from Vellore to Chennai on 2.35 A.M Today[[protected]] so I came to Vellore Bus stand at 2.00 A.m and I was waiting for the bus up to 4.00 A.M but that bus not came So I went to Enquiry Office but Nobody is there up to 3.15 A.M after this time one person come to there So I ask to him Sir I am waiting for the bus before 2.00 A.M to at this time[3.15 A.M] then what I do, he simply told to me again wait for half...

Hello,
On 10th May at 3pm hrs i travelled from trichy -chennai @ S.E.T.C Airbus A/c, I can only say it by name a/c bus; but i found nothing somethings would have been mention. When we passangers ask conducter, replyed just manage sitting once side bcoz a/c was not in condition working. Moreover bus have taken 7.1/2hrs to reach chennai. Imagine at this season how would elder's travel; specially once traveller got to catch 11.15...
