I have shipped 16 boxes from Texas to Hyderabad, India using SFL world wide and was picked up by them on April 8th of 2022. The anticipated delivery time was 10th July 2022 initially and it was shipped to August 20th, 2022 due to some unforeseen delays and since then the delivery date has been pushed every 2 weeks .It been over a year and they are not giving me a solid delivery date, not a single correspondence was initiated by them . The dates they give are completely unreliable, they lie, they are rude, no ownership no accountability. I have all our memories since past 10 years stored in those boxes, i have pleaded and requested them to resolve the issue and have NO reliable answer and i don't see a solution for this problem.

since past 2 weeks they said they will definitely delivery in the end of April and as we are approaching i have asked them for a date and now they have moved it to 2nd week of may. I am in Hyderabad and no way to track them or reach them in office. They do not pick up calls or give a call back, they reply to an email after 2 days. it has been such a hassle dealing with this company. They are fraudulent and untrustworthy.

Worst shipping company with no accountability from staff operating in India and US.

It has been 1 year and still no delivery !! They have missed delivery twice: once in January (shipment was supposed to be delivered Jan 21) again in March (I was promised delivery March 5) .

Now they promised to deliver shipment today and again failed ! 1 year has elpased.

Fraud company please be aware !

I recently moved from US to Kolkata and this is in regard to my concern with the way my shipment delivery is being handled by SFL Worldwide Shipment company. I travelled on 17th April 2021 and 2-3 days before flying SFL Worldwide confirmed my delivery to Kolkata airport where I was supposed to present myself for custom clearance.

They suddenly changed the custom port to Chennai in May and sent my shipment without my consent or any prior intimation. Also the reasons given by two staffs from same company contradicts which looks suspicious in nature. One says its due to Covid & Kolkata riots and the other person says we don’t have any port for custom clearance in Kolkata.

I am being asked to send my original Passport through courier along with Power of Attorney documents signed which will give all legal authority to an anonymous person. It keeps my Passport and my valuable goods at high risk. At worst I could have flew to Chennai and get things done but due to covid whole country is in bad situation and want to avoid any risk for my old mother.

I am not comfortable with what I am being asked for, hence I requested them to transfer my shipment to Kolkata airport so that I can present myself in person for whatever formalities are required. They keep denying my request and pushing me to take risk by sending my passport through courier.

I have already spent huge amount for the shipment and being warned that if I don’t send asked documents, I will be highly charged for the delay. I feel like harassed.
