Shadowfax Courier Complaints & Reviews

We booked pick up and delivery with Shadowfax under Pickrr website. They allocated Shadowfax courier service, a courier boy picks up, uploads as picked up at 02:32 PM. And at 09:11 PM says "Not able to Attempt". Refer attached screenshot.

And next day they schedule another pick up, which obviously he cancels...and "By Customer"? You're playing Cat and Mouse.

THIS ONLY POINTS TO DATA BREACH AT COURIER COMPANY LEVEL. That's a very serious matter and we are contemplating FIR to the issue.

Hi sir.

With due honor & respect I would like to bring it in your kind notice that Shadowfax courier center is a fake fraud logistics functioning in kashmir since four days my parcel is that there hub now after four days they send me msg 10:30 pm out for delivery & cancelled it by themselves. SF[protected]ONI (tracking number).
We want legal action against this fake logistics.

My parcel SF[protected]PIC is not delivered to customer but in tracking it's showing delievered.

The order shows delivered. I cannot able to contact shadowfax courier.

Please help me in getting the items..
