I am allottee of plot no - 29 of 8 marla in alipiur hadbast no - 237. I have been cleared all my dues well before the time line given. I am an ex-serviceman and waiting for registration of plot for the last 15 years. I had met mr ineet agerwal s/o mr rk agerwal (Md) who is still in imprisonment. Mr ineet had assured me that possession will be given in the current financial year but so far nothing has comeout. Keep in touch on the no given below. I living in kharar, mohali, punjab

I am allotee of plot no 29 of 8 marla against application no - 4562 in shalimar estates, naggal-alipur (Panchkula) situated at alipur hadbust no-237 teh &distt panchkula (Haryana). I am an exseviceman. I had booked this plot on 18 feb 2002. I have been paid all the installments well before the schedule given. But, unfortunately the company has not given the possession of the plot as yet. I will be grateful if the problem can be resolved.

Shalimar Estates p. ltd is a litegated company, according to general analysis, it is an organisation with no ethics.,
i was allotted a plot in naraingarh, plot no 200, application no 5637, i paid 5 installment in time, but held up the last installment, for no development in the area as mentioned on their prospectus, . now when i contact the directors of this comapny, they all are not willing to listen, and mention that my plot hasbeen cancelled, how can you cancel the plot when the sot of plot was 1.08 lacs, and in 5 installments clients have paid you about 1.27, the balance been left was a mere 15000. After my arguments that ok if you have cancelled the allotment, why did you not inform me about it and refund me my depositted money. The directors of this company are having some criminal tendencies, and wish to eat money of all its clients,
IS THERE SOME LAW IN INDIA OR BUILDERS LIKE SHALIMAR ESTATES PVT LTD WILL KEEP ON MUNCHING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE
