The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I made transaction 20000 at 10 july 2020 but the transaction was pending contacted customer support asked me to wait 4days after that got transaction successful message at 15th july.. Still today 18th july money is not credited to reciver account but they are saying your ticket is resolved... It's absolutely not fair my ticket id[protected] and transaction id P2007101702598738692578...

Iam writing this to notice you about a message came to my number (Your a/c xxxxx937034 debited inr 590.00 on 07/07/17 - towards charges for dishonour of chq no. 016791. A/c bal is inr 5, 968.16) what is the reason of this? I want this amount credited back. Why you should debited such a big amount for simple reasons.

My daughter saakshi lunkad travelled on 2nd jan.1010 from geneva-isatnbul on turkish airlines and then onwards to mumbai. She is 13yrs old and a UM was done at Geneva airport and they said that they would take care of transfers with her. The flight was delayed by 3hrs. The man on the desk told us that if she misses her connection she wld be put on a dubai bound flight and onwards to mumbai.
