I enrolled with Shalitin in 2019 to secure Canada PR and paid around 92K after they performed initial profile assessment and stated that I should get the PR in 8-12 months.

It's 27th July 2021 today and they aren't even ready to share information related to my profile. I updated a review on Google wherein they mentioned that my IELTS score was less, hence I'm not getting through. My IELTS score is 8.5 out of 9. Did they expect...
