From last two months I have contacted Shanti Indane gas for De linking of Aadhar Card. I have mailed so many times but till date there is no progress. My consumer number is CX 13711059. I am not able to book my gas due to linking of my adhar card with Indane....

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELAYED GAS SUPPLY
MY GAS CONNECTION NUMBER IS 3092 WITH SHANTI INDANE GAS AGENCY NEAR MANGALAPURI, PALAM, NEW DELHI. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SITTING IN THIS OFFICE DOESN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS BLINDED. THEY NEVER GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON OUR GAS DELIVERY. I HAVE BOOKED GAS ON 03 DEC07 WITH BOOKING NO:620. THEY TOLD IT WOULD COME IN 3-4 DAYS. SINCE 10 DEC 07 I HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND FOR MY GAS DELIVERY....
