Dear Consumer complaints Department,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Sharara Ethnic, a popular e-commerce business on Instagram. I recently made a purchase from your company, but unfortunately, the item I received was in the wrong size. Despite following the return policy guidelines, I am facing significant challenges in resolving this issue.

On 24 May, 2023, I ordered A Garara of size small from Sharara Ethnic's Instagram page. However, upon receiving the package on May 28, 2023, I discovered that the item was not the size I had ordered. This discrepancy has left me extremely disappointed as I was eagerly anticipating the correct product.

According to the return policy mentioned on your Instagram page, I meet all the requirements for a return and refund. I have provided all the necessary information, including order number, photographs of the received item, and a clear explanation of the issue, through the channels specified. However, despite multiple attempts to contact your company, I have been unable to reach anyone who can assist me in resolving this matter.

When attempting to contact your customer service team, I have encountered several frustrating obstacles. Firstly, the phone number provided is consistently switched off, preventing me from speaking with a representative directly. Secondly, when I reached out via WhatsApp, I noticed that your company has implemented settings that prevent the blue tick from appearing, indicating that my messages have been seen. This lack of response, along with the absence of any communication regarding my return, has left me feeling ignored and neglected as a customer.

To make matters worse, I must highlight that no invoice was provided with the delivered product. This oversight has made it challenging for me to provide all the required details when attempting to resolve this issue. It is crucial that you rectify this situation promptly and provide the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth return process.

I want to emphasize that I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism exhibited by Sharara Ethnic. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed in a timely manner. It has now been three to four days since I initiated my complaint, and the absence of any meaningful response from your company is unacceptable.

I insist on a swift resolution to this matter. I kindly request that you process my return/refund immediately and provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect the issue to be resolved. I also expect to receive a confirmation of the return and a refund notification as per your stated policies.

Failure to address this issue promptly and adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint through various channels, including social media, consumer protection organizations, and legal avenues if necessary. I hope it does not come to that, as I believe in the importance of fair and respectful customer-business relationships.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Please treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves.

I had purchased worth 2k, they have not sent me product, they are not answering calls now, they are not giving refund . Worst experience with shopping

I have ordered one sharara set 10 days before and I didn’t get it yet. I have messaged so many times but didn’t get any response. They are showing such a pathetic behaviour towards customer. I have paid Rs2000 for my order.

I have ordered one piece of lehenga from sharara ethnic and after repeated inquiry, they never used to share the tracking id details of the package neither used to answer my replies.
Today I received the package ane I am shocked at the quality of the stuff they delivered not even worth of. 2100 and they have some parts of the clothing missing.
Even after repeated inquiry they aren't replying to my messages on WhatsApp or Instagram.
They are a con company who loot ppl out of their money please help me in this matter.

I ordered a dress from sharara ethnic. But they haven't delivered it yet.. they are not even responding my calls msg. How can I get my money back ? How to file a legal complaint on them ?

I placed my order through what's app on 7.10.2021. Their contact number is [protected], and their Instagram handle is " Indian wedding outfit". They reply immediately before placing order and promise with a replacement/exchange policy. I received the product and was not at all satisfied as the color was very different than the image on their page. I texted them continuously on what's app and Instagram and they have the audacity to read it and still not reply.
They have posted hundreds of customer reviews which i believe now are fake! They're fraud and it is proved! it's a complete waste of money and I will never recommend them to anybody! In fact, they should be banned!

I texted them as soon as I received the product for returning it but I'm not getting any reply from them .

This is a scam!!! I ordered 2 outfits, one was sent and it was horrible and not at all similar to the one i chose. The second order wasn't received but they took money for that. When i called and cancelled they assured that they would refund and i haven't received my refund till now

The instagram I'd : sharara_ethnic is a fake company which takes order but deliver a damaged product. And post wrong customer feed back . All the clothing line price is above 1000/- so please ensure this people won't loot many people like me

Sharara Ethnic is instagram page which is a clothing line and post customer review fake screen shot and fool people about good product delivery.

And all the products are above 1000/- rs hence please take an action on this people

I have purchased a product four months back and returned it as the cloth quality is bad. I have spend delivery charges for the return request as well. After this I requested for the replacement or refund. I'm behind this from past 3months and no response from the seller. I would recommend everyone not to buy a single
Product from them and please spread this message. I lost my money and I have returned the product as well. 2k is what I spent on this.

I bought a dress from them worth of 1850 and they made me to pay 1500 extra..
dress quality is really very bad. When I ask them to refund or replacement they didn't respond also they haven't paid the extra amount.

Worst ever customer service. The product they sent was like a cloth that we use for house cleaning. When contacted for replacement no reply from them. Fraud people.

An instagram page called sharara_ethnic is selling fake products to customers by fooling them and sending damaged and worst quality products and in return if asked for return/refund they don’t respond

I bought a dress from them for 2100 rupees and they confirmed that they have return policy but now when i asked for return, they have stopped seeing my message and stopped responding .They are not even returning my money to me back

I order 1 dress the dress very damage and very different I return the dress but next day he can't reply me I send my money back but not respond

I came across a page on insta -Sharara ethnic

I purchased a saree which was delivered with damage

When I put in a query with regards to that for replacement the dealer stopped replying to my messages

They are fake people do not purchase from them

Sharara ethnic is a page on instagram where they sell ethnic clothes...and put fake reviews ...they copy paste it from other pages which are genuine...I bought ghaghra choli from this page...and they sent me torned and defective product...such a worst people and liers they are...they are fraudsters... don't ever buy from dem...you will end up regretting...and wasting your money...
Choli had a worth of 100 Rs..they cost me 2000 rs for it... fraudsters

I buy a lehenga choli from the instagram site through whatsapp .Before buying i asked them for a return policy and they said that they have return policy .Then i placed my order but when i got my product it was not satisfactory so i texted them to return that product .I am asking them to return from past one week but they are not responding.
Please take a strict action against them.

I noticed a beautiful dress in the Instagram page indianweddingoutfits by using the given WhatsApp number mentioned in the page I ordered a long Kurti for 1700+100 Courier charge. When I opened, the new dress it is like a old one, no cloth quality, they said Dori at the side, there is nothing. Totally waste one. I mentioned their Instagram link below.whatever products I asked they said out of stock for replacement. They reject to return money. No response. Please notice what they sent and how it was...totally a damaged piece

I have placed an order from an instagram store named sharara_ethnic which is run by jaishree e commerce and owner kaushal,
I have placed an order for 2 lehengas for 3500₹ and later when it was delivered the quality was so cheap that it was not even worth of it later when i requested them for refund they didn't reply to my messages and when i told them atleast give me replacement then they responded and agreed to replace that to i had to courier it to their address and i had to bear the courier charges of 150₹ and later when the replacement order came it was worth of just 2150₹ for which i paid 3500₹ because of them its a loss of 1200₹ to me. I kindly request everybody to never buy from such bogus sellers and i request to take a serious action against them and if possible help me get refund.
