Sharma packers and movers Complaints & Reviews

It's been more than half and a month (courier on 19/10/2022) since I couriered some of my stuffs to my hometown. Yet I haven't received. I tried calling the delivery guys multiple times, but he didn't response to it. Please help me regarding it.

Very pathetic experience we did come to Sharma express thinking these are professionals but no they damaged most of our furniture while shifting and packing.
They did not complete the work as promised on that they were in so much urgency.
We had to pay the damages to old house owner as the wardrobe was damaged.The way of communication and work was very very unprofessional and waste of time
They keep playing around owner was Mono and please don't go with these people of you want to have safe shifting.

I got the delivery of my mattress after 8 month from Sharma movers and packers, but looking at the condition of mattress I wonder what they have done to my mattress. So it's highly unlikely that I will be able to use it. They have not properly protected it in their warehouse. I am thinking about to file complaint legally because I have paid all the monthly charges as well as transportation charges. But the result of which I could get damaged product. I have purchased it for 15k and I want refund for the same.

Due to pandemic all across I was shifting from bangalore to jammu on 17 of June I gave Sharma Packers the stuff which I wanted to shift to jammu and rest other to keep it in storage. He told me once the lockdown bangalore will be over which was on 23 June I will send all the stuff to jammu I said ok. He took money from me through Gpay and didn't even provided me any invoice inspite of continious calls and messages. But I have the screenshot. This guy is not picking up my call and I don't even have any idea where my luggage is. He is not even replying to wtsap messages where I have actually asked him to let me know the tracking Id or the docking number. I am mentally frustrated and I need help from you ASAP.

As i have benn transffered to Jamshedpur from kolkata , so i have given the assingment of moving and packing my house holds to sharma packers and movers company , they have packed all my house holds on 4th of june 2011 afternoon, as promissed by there executive Mr Pradip Choudhury the delivery of the goods will be happen on sunday evening or Monday means 5th or 6th of June, today is 7th of june 5:50 p.m. and i have still not received my house hold items , also i have to take HOtel as aditional to this as with out my house hold i can not stay in a free speace.(empty room).

And even they did not bother to call me up and update me the status, though i am floow up ing with them.

I had given my bike to be transferred from Mumbai to Pune to Sharma Packers on 2nd of April. They had informed that the same will be delivered in Pune on the same day. Its 7th April today and still they have not delivered the same. The officials in Pune are just lying everyday that the bike will be delivered tommoow or in the evening. but the same has not happened yet. Also they do not pick up the phones to answer to querries.

The least i can say is that i am shocked by their service and i would seriously request everyone to stay away from thyem for your transferring needs.
