I have booked the tickets from nanded to pune in a bus named simba. The bus is failed near kaij, when asked to driver he reviled that the battery of bus is not working. Is the battery is not checked before leaving!!. The money u r charging is three times the actual cost. The bus is been failed at 3 am, no official from sharma travels is helping out the driver to sort out the issue. U don't have any second plan in such a emergency condition. This is the worst experience of sharma travels ever.

I have booked a ticket from Travelyaari.com on 03-Nov 2014 for a bus from nanded to nagpur. The bus as mentioned by the ticket was Sharma Travels (Nanded)-( Chintamani ) - Ashok Leyland 2X1(30) NAC -Sleeper and details were as : PNR number :[protected] and Ticket No:[protected]. But when the bus arrived at my boarding point, the bus was some other called Royal Travels Bus number MH 40 7449. The bus was really ridiculous and most importantly the Bus suspension Shock-up was broken and he travelled the bus all the way from Latur to Nagpur. The bus agency is playing with consumer's life and was not even concern about the issue. Travel who supposed to drop me to my destination by 7AM dropped me by 11 AM. So I want the compensation from Sharma travels of Rs 25000/- as Its just making false commitments to its customers and sending then through such buses.
