They are an instagram page and upom enquiring about a product they told me to connect with them via a whatsapp link which they had given.Then i ordered an organza suit which came similar to the image they have shown and quality was good.Now thats how they EARN your trust.Now when i further enquired about few products and the sizes, first of all after asking for a size chart numerous times she told me to mention my measurements to her and she assigned a size .Then i was taking some time to decide whether or not to buy, she kept calling and then using tactics like low stock only few pieces available and all this
Before the payment they promised for return and refund upon defective product.But right after they took my money, they obviously did not abide by that.The products WERE ###, IN THE NAME OF SAREE THEY GAVE A TORN PIECE OF CLOTH.And i ordered an anarkali suit which was TERRIBLE and a co ord set which was just a piece of cloth in the name of a crop top and a sharara which is falling off the waist.They ARE BIG CHEATS AND SCAMMERS.Above that upin calling and telling them that i will take strict action they started threatning me "jo karna hain karlo, problem solve hoga nehi toh nai, bar bar call mat karo"

I have ordered a alia cut kurti and received a product which is completely different from the product she has shown on her page. The size is wrong and product has many holes and defect in it. By the time I ordered she promised me to exchange the product if i found any issues. But now she has my money so she is not responding to my messages, blocked my number.
She is a fraud lady, she is cheater.

Never received the product. They will keep saying you will receive today but today never comes. DO NOT ORDER

I’m from Norway, and I ordered one anarkali and one lehenga from this company. I found this company on Instagram and chatted with this person on WhatsApp. The sizes I got were all wrong. The anarkali was readymade, but the size was too big, and it was nothing like the picture. The biggest problem was the lehenga. The skirt was okay and I got another dupatta than the one in the picture, but the blouse was awful. The blouse was too short and too deep both in the back and the front. I contacted her to tell her that the sizes were wrong and I sent pictures of the measurements of the blouse. The only thing she says is that everything is perfect and that she can’t do anything. I can’t use any of the outfits, so I need help to solve this problem. I paid 12000 INR for these.

I am from Sydney and I Paid 30000 to payal from she designer for 7 outfits on 10 November 2021. She is not replying to messages/calls nor sent me tracking number, but she says outfits are shipped. If items are shipped tracking number should be available but she keeps saying excuses and didnt provide me tracking number. They are cheaters and cheating people.

Please take strict action as my amount is huge.

We had ordered some dresses for a wedding which amounted to 12, 000 . These people sent a very bad quality, wrong sized dresses that were very different from the pictures . And now they are neither accepting a exchange nor a refund .
And the clothes are so cheap and bad that we definitely want a refund.

I bought 2 dresses from her and she said its georgette material and that is what mentioned on her instagram page too. However, when the dresses arrived, they are of worst and cheap quality. Its not at all georgette and she is cheating people with wrong information. You just cannot wear that dress anywhere its that bad. She doesn't even respond to the messages now.

Had the worst experience with she_designer_official instagram page. The seller asked me to transfer money(Rs 2058)via PhonePe for a salwar suit. Upon receiving the product, instead of salwar I was sent a torn piece of cloth (it was not even cut with scissors.. It was just torn with hand) and the kurta was tattered rag with threads oozing out. I don't even want to started on dupatta..It was smaller than a scarf...I tried to reach out to seller but she stopped responding. When i created awareness among friends/family, couple of them who were about to buy her product did not buy, so she suddenly reached out to me and started threatening and cursing me. She also refused to return the product.

I tried to contact that seller but she is not even replying. That dress was for my sister. I wanted to gift her. But this quality dress i got i cannot even give it to a beggar let alone to my very own sister. I worked and saved 3000 for that dress and now her reaction is just heartbreaking. All i want is a replacement unit or the refund for that bad dress....
