I am a defence personnel.I had to shift my family from bathinda, Punjab to my village near Bhagalpur, Bihar.I had put up a query on a site for the same.So, I started getting calls from many packers and movers.Sheetal packers and movers were one of them.They quoted us the least price.They asked for Rs 26, 000(including all taxes).So i had sent my friend to check if office existed or not, the office was there in chandigarh.They came to cantt and took our stuff.On the same evening after they took our stuff and went.After which they asked for the whole amount.So after a lot of negotiation they agreed that if we pay him half the total amount he will send my stuff.So, I agreed and paid him Rs 15, 000.They told that he has sent my stuff and will reach by 27 Apr'22.After two again he called asking for the rest of the amount or else he won't send my stuff.So, I paid him the rest opf the money.The next day again he called and asked if I wanted billso, I asked him and he sent me bill of Rs 46, 800.Obn asking why he has increased Rs 20, 000 more he told that it was including different taxes which he had not mentioned earlier.I denied to pay him so he gave me a warning that he won't send my car and other stuff.I got a bit afraid and negotiated with him that if he sends my car I will pay him Rs 10, 000 more and once my other stuff reaches home I will pay him rest of the money.He agreed and on 29 Apr'22 I got my car so I paid him Rs 10, 000 .After paying Rs 10, 000 he again called me asked for the rest of the amount.He told otherwise that my stuff won't reach home.So, again we had to pay him rest of the amount.But, my stuff reached me on 8 May 22 that too not at my doorstep which we had agreed earlier.I just want proper action to be taken against him.I hope that this complaint of mine would raise the concerned authorities from their slumber and spur them into action..

On 30 April, 2022, I booked this company to transport my bike and books from Sangrur (Punjab ) to Pune(Maharshtra). They said full fee including all taxes and insurance is 6000.. And 1000 is booking amount. I paid 1000 on same day. On Next day the picked the bike and books. And promised to deliver in 5 days. On 2ND May they threatened to pay all the due amount otherwise they will not transport. So I paid the full due amount. On 4th may they sent me new bill of extra 5000 to pay. Otherwise again threatened that they will not transport from Gurugram.
Because they now they have my bike and books at Gurugram. So now they are blackmailing to pay extra 5000 otherwise they will not transport or sent back my bike and books.
Its not only 420, but blackmailing, harassment and threat.
Please can anyone help me here. I request this company tp transport my stuff otherwise I want to pursue this case with Consumer court.

Do not ever trust this number Sheetal Packers and Movers, they'll do anything to take out money from you. and not even give the services, lot of hastle and mental tension.

I decided to move my scooty from Mohali to Gwalior from Sheetal Packers and Movers.

Initially they quoted price of INR 4000/-, however later we agreed to a price of INR 3000/- including taxes and better packaging and given me 4 days maximum to deliver at my location. Also send me the video on whatsapp, how they packaging the two wheeler.

They picked up my scooty on 7th of July 2021. I paid him INR 3000/- at the time of packing through online because as per him I have to make the full payment otherwise scooty will not get transported, therefore I have paid him full 3000/- online. I kept on asking about my scooty location, but he said its on the way and never shared the exact details, just told me that scooty reached at Gurgaon. So I called him again and he asked me to pay another 2950/- for other charges. I don't understand why and he said this is decided by company, initially he gave me invoice for 3000/- and now again he sending me for 5950/-.

So I requested him to returned back my money and drop my scooty at Mohali, saying no payment will be returned as money is transportation charges from mohali to Gurgaon and we can't do anything now.

The person is not responding to me.

Please help me out to resolve the concern.

I received a call from Sheetal packers and movers, SCO no. 11, transport nagar, nr. Truck parking, Chandigarh, GSTIN- 03DUUPP1334K1ZA, regarding transportation of my bike from barnala, punjab to samastipur, bihar and quoted price of rs. 4500 on 22nd march. I was ok with the price so the bike was sent from Barnala and payment of rs.4500 was paid on 23rd march. Now on 26th march they sent me other bill telling me that total amount for sending the bike will be 9700 and to pay 5200 as remaining balance. To return the bike at pickup address they are charging 500, when i told them I don't want their service as they were not able to stick to commitment. Now I am losing out a lot of money on a daily basis due to failure of their commitment as i am not able to perform my duty.
