Sheetal Tanks Group Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir/madam,
I bought sheetal tank (750 litres) on 16.12.2015 with a warranty of 10 years @ rs. 3800/- from chaurasia sanitary, east vinod nagar, delhi-110091
I called customer care and provided them warranty card, tank pictures etc as per the requirement of team. Later on received call from[protected], ms. Twinkle called and asked me to pay rs. 2325/- as replacement cost.
I told that as per warranty card, i have 10 years of warranty and as per below terms & conditions,
“after one year, 0.50 p per litre will be charged as depreciation cost along with re 1/ltr of handling charges”, you should charge rs. 1.50 per litre but as per her i need to pay rs 3.50/- per litre.
I asked her at what basis she told me this charges, she clearly said, these are the final charges to pay. I asked her to connect me to the senior. Call was transferred to mr. Kailash as per him, warranty card of 10 years is not valid and i need to pay as per the new warranty on new products. I clearly said that i am ready to pay as per the warranty card.
I was shocked to hear this on behalf of such a brand-sheetal. How can he declared my warranty card of 10 years as invalid? Both, executive ms. Twinkle and mr. Kailash are not ready to understand my point and they clearly said that we will not going to support in this.
My concern - is this the way to deal with the customer. What is the benefit of consumer in buying products from sheetal when in warranty period also, he needs to pay again the same amount.
I am really very disappointed with the behavior of dealing with me. Not expected from such a brand-sheetal.
Request you to kindly look into this and help me resolving my issue and getting it replaced at the price as per the warranty card.

Complaint of 1 water tank purchased dated - 13.07.15 from "somnath & sons" (Invoice attached for your ready reference) we got the replacement warranty from concerned shop for continuous 5 years. Now there is leakage started from the bottom of tank and when we went to raise a complaint, as per shopkeeper "we need to give extra money for replacement".

Sir i bought 2 tanks of sheetal of 1000l each 3 years back... Last week we noticed that there was a hole in one of the tank so we called on their customer care number on 8th april 2019 and on 11th april they send a person named shambhu who did nothing and had made the situation even worse than before now that small hole is a crack and we are unable to use the tank and also he is asking for visiting charge... What visiting charges he is asking for we want our tank to be replaced because of their person our tank is broken...

I purchased a Sheetal King 1000 litre water tank on 25/09/14 My tank has developed a crack through which the water is flowing down.
2. In this regard, I am attaching herewith bill of the water tank mentioned above.
3. You are therefore requested to replace the water tank which is under warranty period at the earliest.but u r customer care no reply me this is not fair.i m unhappy o[censored] facility

2. In this regard, I am attaching herewith bill of the water tank mentioned above.
3. You are therefore requested to replace the water tank which is under warranty period at the earliest.

I purchased sheetal water tank on15 th October 2014.My tank has developed a crack but the company had asked me to pay Rs.2.50 per ltr.as depreciation and handling charges.Then they tried to negotiate and came to Rs.2 per litre.
As per their warranty it should be 1.50 per litre
I have three tanks of 750 ltrs each.If this is the condition of the tank within a span of 2 years what will happen to other tanks.
