Shibani air service limited fake or fraud i confused please help me

So, i got a call from shibani air, has two rounds of interview, asked for 1180 for registration and processing charges, then they sent me a book with bill of 1180 rs.in that book its writeen that you have to pay for training and service charges, also if you get rejected on the basis of communication, personality then only you'll be allowed for 2-3 time interview... And above all these things, first i have yo go through screening test which will be of 100 marks and you have to earn minimum 50%, and there services are limited only for 1 yr from the day of registration, i don't even know how much it will cost in total but just for 1 yr job??? Is this really worth it? Dont you think its better if you go and get recruited direct by the company

Few months back i had been contacted by shivani air service limited through mobile and i faced telephonic interview and a online examination. After that i was told to submit various documents and an amount of rupees 1200, which i did as per their direction. After that they sent me the report card of my online exam and a text book which should be required for a face to face interview, which was promised by them. After that no further communication has been made by them. I have been patiently waiting for their call for a months now but no effect has been made by them till now. If anyone know further procedure or what should i do next, please comment.

I am here to ask a question, once the candidate select in interview and online exam he /she have to pay rs. 1180/- which it means was for further document verification after paying the amount the telecaler will say that u will get the (Job kit) within 15 to 20 days. But in this case one selected candidate is waiting for past 1 month still he/she didn't received any kit, what is the problem according to those complaints in below what we have to think about ur company... I want the explanation as soon as possible in a right manner. Thank you

I'm getting calls from Shivani Air Service Limited that I've been selected for Ground Handling CSA.
They took telephonic interview and online exam there after I got mail regarding my job confirmation. Now they ate asking for Documentation and fee of 1180/=
But they aren't providing any surety of Job.
If anyone having any information please guide me
