I opted for relocation service through www.shiftingwale.com. They pick up my products on 12-sep-21 after that they didn't respond to my calls, emails and messages . On 1-oct-21 I received a call delivery but I got delivery on 3-oct-21. Mattress condition was worst with adequate amount dust and there was no packaging. Purifier glass was broken. I called them but as usual no respond.I have paid huge amount for delivery but everything is gone.please check the attached images.

If you are looking for relocation .don't opt for https://www.shiftingwale.com service. They collected my products on 13-sep-21. After that, They didn't respond to my calls, emails and messages. I have booked shiftingwale for transporting my household and Car from Hyderabad to Rishikesh. The service was very poor, they took more than a month to deliver my stuffs and broke almost most of them. If you want to go trough a trauma then book from them else i suggest never ever book them.

I have booked my household goods from Ghaziabad to Vapi on 16.07.2021, First of all they have packed the goods in second hand cartons of Kurkure, Lays and poor quality of other packing materials. After loading the goods when I asked to seal / Lock the gate, they did not allow me as they want to club other customer goods with my goods, Mr. Santosh and owner promised me it will be 4-5 cartons not much, I allowed when Santosh promise me he will do video call during other customer loading but did not do so.when I asked other customer builty/ goods detail which will be clubbed, they did not share. when I refused to transfer money then they shared but they should inform me in advance regarding club of goods as I do not know goods are legal/illegal. After so many reminders insurance copy shared with me, Mr. Santosh (Manager)used abusive language with me.After reaching vehicle to vapi, they had charged unloading charges in advance but refused to do that due to unavailability of labours. I arranged my self and paid Rs. 5000/- which they did not return my money. My goods pressed, scratched and damaged due to poor packing material, Poor stuffing pattern in the truck and clubed with other goods. I suggest all, this is fraud company, dont go as per their website reviews as all are fake / paid reviews. I suggest - Everyone should make an agreement with the packers and movers on stamp paper as millitary man do and 20% money should be paid after arrival of goods.Finally very bad service and poor quality, never go with sfiftingwale.com

I had booked ShiftingWale.com for relocate my household with the Insurance.

1. I had paid full amount with insurance of my household, but they did not share any documents for insurance.
2. After delivery, they are not ready to listen against grievance, however i tried to convince them so many times.
3. They deliver my household item after 2 months rather than 2-4 days as they had committed me while booking.

The above three major reasons i have to claim against ShiftingWale.com

I was happy because my problem was solved. They have loaded my household goods in their transporting vehicles by using and tighting these by best in class material. They shifted my household goods from noida to bhubaneswar safely and there was not even one scratch on any item. So, i am happy with their service. Hello, i am satish saxena working in railway department, i shifted my house hold from rampur to ghaziabad. The staff of shifting wale was extremely courteous and helpful for me. The managing director and the co-coordinating staff as well were also very helpful and polite to me. They never feel me inconvenience during the entire process of shifting i. E. Packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking also, everything was superb. If anyone need shifting services they must be go with sifting wale without any hesitation. Thumbs up to shiftingwale.com for making this difficult task of shifting of house hold so easy and smooth and within due time.

Deeply regreted after using shiftingwale for household relocation services. They assured to deliver goods in 4 to 5 days but took about a month to deliver the luggage and my speaker worth of 13k has been stolen. And those people are not even taking any actions and not responding to any messages. Be ware before you choose this shiftingwale service. This is very disappointing. They are showing fake and reality is altogether different.

Collect all household including led 49 inch side to side doors fridge, oven, washing machine, all furnitures and burtan etc on 27th jan 2019 from kanpur to banglore but not received till today.

I am very disappointed because at the time of booking, had assured for delivery in 10 days. Pls help me.in every morning i contact to ur office but they r not giving me satisfactory reply. I have paid all money to him and my all items are brand new.

We have send all these items to my newly married daughter, so that she can starts her new life happy and comfortable but unfortunately it couldn't happen due to late delivery.

Therefore it is requested to take action and ensure urgent delivery.

Very worst experience
They charged much more than the quoted price.
They even didnt deliver all the loaded products.
The staffs who had come there for packing took extra money for cartons which they did not even purchase.
Also, our crockeries was half broken..
Addition to it, they posted a fake review in their official website.
I will never recommend this packers and movers

My self dharmendera i have booked my bike from ranchi to almora uttarakhand they committed me 10 days for delivery time but they taken 16 days for ranchi to almora uttarakhand, overall i have received my bike in good condition, at the time of booking sales executive told me delivery time will be within 10 days but why 6 days late? Can team reply me about 6 days delay for bike delivery at almora uttarakhand.

I am sharing my experience with shifting wale. I was transferred from corporate office delhi to bangalore when shiftingwale team approached me for my household goods and car transportation. I had heard about them from my colleagues who had earlier used shifting wale services. They packed and loaded household goods from my residence at ghaziabad and within a week i got my households at bangalore. However, after unloading and unpacking we found panasonic plasma tv screen broken. When intimated to shifting wale, they immediately assured due compensation and asked me to purchase equivalent tv of our choice. Shiftingwale settled the same with us in a smooth manner so that we do not suffer inconvenience. It was great experience for me as they settled it with in a week and lifted damaged piece. This was a good and caring gesture by shifting wale for building long time relations with there clients. I wish them all the best. And this time after three year they shift my same household goods, bike and car from bangalore to goa with safely and timely..

I have booked my scooty from dehradun to mumbai on 2dec through shiftingwale but still today i didn't receive my scooty. Shiftingwale commited me they will deliver my scooty within 7-8 days at my mumbai address but still i have not received, how i can recive my scooty at mumbai please help me, i have booked scooty with helmet also in shiftingwale. On 11th Dec i have received my scooty with helmet in good condition they have delivered my scooty at my door in Mumbai

I have booked my consignment from new delhi to chiplun maharashtra when goods reached at chiplun truck driver not unload my 15 pakgs then i have arrange unloading person, yes when i inform to team shiftingwale about unloading amount which is i have already paid in advance rs. 500/- they send me same in my paytm without any delay, but truck driver not cooperate me at the time o[censored]nloading yes i know chiplun is a remote area, hear is no any packers and movers services provider in chplun but shiftingwale provide me services timely and safely.

My self santosh i have shifted my 8 carton boxes personal belonging like books cloths etc from faridabad to coimbatore with shiftingwale at the time of booking they given me 8 to 10 days time for delivery stuff at coimbatore, but they delivered my stuff on 13th days, i am too much disappoint about 5 days late services from shiftingwale, i found every thing intact and safe.

Hello my serf rajveer khurana i have used shiftingwale packers and movers services from new delhi to noida for household shifting, they shift everything good but when truck move from our delhi address to noida on the way truck detained by traffic police for over height traffic challan, i have contacted to shiftingwale people about this then they told traffic challan bear by client only and we have already mentioned it in quotation, then i checked again quotation yes there was already mentioned but team shiftingwale not informed me on phone this was little disappointed me but overall services was perfect.

Hi my self sanjeev i used shiftingwale packers and movers services from mumbai to hyderabad, i have booked 14 pakgs including household and 24" led tv also, when they deliver my belonging at hyderabad i found tv screen in broken condition, i contacted to shiftingwale customer care and inform them about it, they assured me they will settle tv claim from insurance and given me 15 days time, after 2-3 days they send surveyor at my hyderabad house address, finally after 24 days i received my claim in my bank account, i think it was good shiftingwale taken insurance cover for my household goods

This is to inform all that shifting wale from gaziabad is a fraud company, we had booked through them as their rates were the lowest. They came home at new delhi residence and completed the packing on 26th dec 2017 and they said they will deliver the shipment in kolkatta in 7 days. We waited till 3rd jan 2018 and they did not show up, we called them several time however futile. They did not pick up the phone neither did they answer our calls for 30 days in a row continiously, we had to go to gaziabad make a complain to the up police and with the help of the up police did we find their place in gaziabad and recovered our shipment and money.

Beware this shifting wale is a fraud company.

I booked my 2 bikes with shiftingwale.com on 22nd of july 2018 from gurgaon to jhansi

They promised a delivery in 3-4 days. To which they took exactly 18 days.

With bike i had given him 2 helmets which had not find when received my bikes and thay are even responding on call (Tried many times).

Even i find they don't have their own transportation after picking your goods that give it to some other company to deliver.

I read all the complaints written above. I am having same issue with shiftingwale.com. Same kind of commitment to deliver goods in 5 days. Same kind of excuses: "will get back to you in 30 mins", "i am working on your request", "will deliver by today evening" etc.

My goods were suppose to be delivered from bina to pune. They said deliver would be done in 3-5 days. Already 18 days have passed, there is no response from his end (Amit, the same guy dealing with all o[censored]s).

This is a fraud company. They took 16500 advance amount from me and are currently holding goods of worth rs 60000. Biggest fraud people in the market. The company is fake, reviews present on there site are fake.

This is a serious matter, only posting complain online would not solve the problem. We should get together do something about this.

I used shiftingwale.in service to move my household items from mumbai to delhi. Its been more than 30 days and my items didnt got delivered yet.

I called at given no. Many times but they promised me every time next week. I am really frustrated and would suggest everyone not to use their service. Its a huge fraud.

I have made all payments in advance and my household items are still on toss. Not sure it will get delivred or not?

I booked my household goods with shiftingwale.com on 8th of october 2017 from thane maharashra to darbhanga bihar.
They promised a delivery in 12 days. To which they took exactly 31 days and that too they didnot bother to respond to mails and call about delivery.

Now coming to goods, all the goods were 80% damaged and in total the loss is around 30000 which they are not reimbursing.

Biggest fraud is that they will claim that they have made an insurance of goods but that is a big lie.

They may provide a better quote (Ha ha mere rs3000), but they will damage the goods worth more than 10 times.

Suggestion: pls do not book ur goods with such pathetic service.

I used their car transfer service from bilaspur c. G to gurgaon.

My car was picked up on 25-oct with a promise to deliver in 5-7 days. My car arrived in manesar on 30th oct but since then it has not been delivered to my home address. I paid full amount on the pick up day.

Now i have learnt they have some internal money disputes between their employees and they refuse to deliver my car even after following with them daily.

Please i need your help to resolve the matter urgently.

I am in a situation where my honda Aviator was picked 5 months ago still not delivered!!! I had enquired for shifting my Honda Aviator two wheeler from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
I got a quote from shiftingwale.com for Rs.3968/- for Door to Door service and Delivery in 4-5 Days Max.
I paid the amount through NEFT to shiftingwale and the aviator was picked up on 27th Sep 2016 from my home in Bangalore. Till today (5 months 11 days have passed) they haven't delivered the same to Hyderabad Address. Initially, they said that it would be delivered in another 2-3 day and kept on postponing by giving lame excuses ( Like Cauvery issue in Bangalore, the lorry is not completely loaded as other users items are also shipped etc). Now, I asked them as they have been unable to deliver in Hyderabad I will pick it up back from Bangalore itself. The person Amit Rawat([protected]) from shiftingwale is the point of contact. He now says, the aviator was handed over to another person Mr. Surinder([protected]/[protected]) in Bangalore is from some other logistics(goodwill) and he is in contact with them and trying to get the aviator, whenever I call Amit he says he is working on my request itself and will get back to me, I also tried reaching surinder but initially he too said he would deliver it in 2-3 days and now he is not reachable. They have not been able to provide any satisfactory answer till now.
