Regarding call from fake job consultant

Dear Sir,
I have received a call today from this number +91-[protected], the guy told he is from shine.com
And was offering job but for that I need to fill the form online than have to pay 25₹. Which sounds cheap, but it doesn't ends here.
The payment page was having only debit or credit card option, which means they can deduct yours amount easily anytime they want. They don't need yours OTP. They just need CVV, expiry date and ATM number.
So while talking to that guy, i searched the website of shine. Which is actually shine.com and not shinecareers.in both are different, and logos were not even matching. Everything is fake. I don't know how come shine.com doesn't knows about this. Is it indirectly working through there from some other random persons name or they actually don't know about it... This sounds fishy.

Hi all,
I paid 38 thousand to these people. There is no response form them from the next day. Please help me get back my money. This company said they will get me overseas job and sent the payment link. Stage by stage they were guiding me to pay the money. But from next day onwards their number was not reachable. Please help me get back my money.

Regarding job. I have done on line 50 rupees. After 10 minutes automatically debited my accounts 14000 thousand in my account number 100701513713.
How they will do cheet without cvv or otp or card details. Please can you help me to catch this people and reuimberse.
They have taken to paytm. How the have done without cvv or OTP or card details required. If they have done transaction they required OTP must and should. This this is happening something may be support from bank. Why they cheeting always my life long people is giving more torture and why I don't know

Updated by Umapathi venkat This attachment link only updated for shine career registeration Rs 50 after 10mnts 10000 once and 4000 once debited happened in my account without any card details or OTP pin or cvv number. This type of fraud not possible catch we can find through paytm customer care authorization bank. Already complaint given to cyber police acknowledge attached. If you possible support..
