The shinning indis online shopping is completely fake

I'm facing the same issue right now. I have made an online payment of rs. 908 on 13/02/2019

Then

I received this message (Sms)

Bt-shnind,[protected]:37 pm

"your order is successfully received. Your order number is 81405. Your shipment will be delivered in 12-14 days.br...

I placed order online on 11th feb 2019 n received sms with confirmation order number and statement of possible delivery withing 12 -14 days. But afterward no information about my delivery. I contacted on given mobile number but swtiched off. I wrote email to given customer care but no responce. My money is lost and they are cheater. I am looking forward to take legal action against them if anyone have idea please guide me the way forward....
