Shipping Master Office Mumbai Complaints & Reviews

I, Shashank Singh, had applied for CDC Replacement on 8th February 2023, till now there is no update. On e-governance website status is showing "under process". I have already sent my old cdc along with the application form to the shipping master's office (mumbai).
Application no. - REP/SMO(M)/2023/54026
I have to join the vessel in March first week. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

I am waiting for the update in my CDC Replacement application but it is the same from 7th of December 2022. My New Application Number for correction is REP/SMO(M)/2022/53166 dated 7 december 2022. I have sent the reason for submission of replacement of CDC on 19 December 2022 via email. The status has not changed till yet.
I have already sent my old CDC MUM 478549 via India Post Tracking Number : EU[protected]IN which was received on 9 December 2022 to your office.

My kind request is that my Job work VISA interview date is coming soon and CDC is required to present in front of the Embassy Officials.

Kindly please take appropriate action in my application.

My self Balakrishna Masilamani, My CDC is approved on 4th of August 2022, but still status showing not dispatched, as CDC is required for my further process of VISA and SID,
As I am getting delay to get on on board due to CDC not received, as my cruisecareer agent is asking for further process..
It's my humble request kindly faster the process of dispatch of CDC, which will be very helpful for me and family members, so I can go to work and feed them, as I am only earning person and family members are totally dependent on me..

My application number is SMO(M)/2022/191828, I would request you to kindly do my CDC verification at the earliest or else I won't be able to join my job and my visa is also getting delayed.

Dear sirs,
I have received the message from DG-shipping that my application SMO(M)/2022/186296, for CDC is rejected because of medical certificate upload not found in the Master Checker, but when I have checked with DG shipping approved medical clinic “Divine Medical Centre” they showed me that medical documents are uploaded and it is there in DG shipping website, now I have to re-apply again application no. SMO(M)/2022/187414, which I have to pay Rs. 700 again, why should I have to pay Rs. 700 again for just rejecting the application? why not send an email just to inform that the said medical documents are not uploaded instead rejecting?

My name is Mradul Dixit, CDC num : MUM 174172, Iam sailing as a 3rd Officer in Anglo Eastern Ship Mgmt .
I submitted my CDC to the Shipping Masters Office In Mumbai on 24thOctober 2016 for correction of Indos num on the CDC as My CDC number is reflecting wrongly on the Master Checker on DG seafarers Profile and it was advised to me by the shipping masters office to submit the CDC for the necessary correction and I did so on 24th October 2016 and it was told to me that I will receive the CDC with correction and online Correction in 15 working days but as u can see it has been more than ONE MONTH and no correction has been done by them and i call everyday and they tell me that it will be done but when they dont know, sir i have sent them numerous mails and called them basically everyday, i need my CDC for My COV renewal and GOC endorsement and also My Chief Mates Phase 1 course is beginning from 15 December 2016.

Therefore I request you to please look into this matter and provide solutions.
