Was orderd silk saree on 4th july 2021 i got parcel on 9th july 2021
they deliverd me gorget mix saree i paied for silk saree as per catlog both saree are difrrant means i orderd and i got was two diffrance saree. after all i raised complient on theri email id but till now no reply from them.
i need to return this and want my money refund...

I ordered a blue saree on 22 June, 2021 from this website.
I happen to receive a pink hue colour, poor quality saree, today i.e. 26 June, 2021.

I want to return my order and want to get my money back....

I ordered a saree coat rs.1500. They have good comments in there site. I got cheap road side quality saree and no respond to emails or calls. They have writen the return policy in there site, but they wornt.reply to the email. I am just thinking why this kind of sites are allowed after multiple complains. I have seen almost 100 complains now already in google. Please please take actions or else people like me are already loosing there money....

I ordered silk saree worth rs 1500/- and I got simple gorget saree worth rs 400/- same day I require return but from 4 july to till date they not replied me.. waiting for reply.

I ordered a green nauvari paithani saree from shivayfab. The order id is SY5748.
I have received a totally different and cheap saree instead of the one shown in the image. I sent them a mail informing the same and also sent a message on whatsapp business account. But received no reply from their side despite of many reminders. I also tried adding a review on their product page, but they do not post true reviews. And looking at their product reviews, I doubt they are all fake and posted by a same person.
In short, Shivayfab is a business for looting people by showing them beautiful and rich sarees in display at cheap rates, and supplying cheaper sarees of not even half the price paid by the customer.
