I bought a appe fizz cooldrinks, shopkeeper charged more than the MRP and it's not enough to charge the price.

A car is standing near my shop since last 2 year. No one is coming to take the car

One shop seller cheat the customers. He sell products high rates (Just like milk chach) or dairy products
. He sell products in malviyanagar jaipur (In sarswati nagar) near nwr block d
Please do something. He fudge the customers. He is a mini shop seller. I am a student, when i bought a 500ml milk he take me 22 tupes but this product rates are 21 rupes (Saras product) and when i bought two chach, he takes me 28 rupes but original rates this products 26 (Quantity 2)
So do something this seller

I am owner of B-10/1, raja garden, ring road(going from raja garden to mayapuri), rajouri garden...i got my shop vacated from my tenant on 28th may through court bailif[censored]nder police protection..the tenant goods inclding old tables and dump products are lying outside my shop, on the main ring road, causing huge mess to the traffic...inspite repeated requests the tenant is not picking his goods...please take necessary action and get the goods removed from the busy ring road...thanks

The shop located in the premises of jain sadhvi Dharamshala on club road, opposite shalimar bagh club, shalimar bagh west, delhi 110088 is cooking fast food for selling using domestic gas cylinder. I have warned them to use commercial gas cylinder multiple tumes but he continues to use domestic gas cylinder.

Action may ne taken against this shop.

Sub: Illegal selling of Custom Goods at dirt cheap price(Hawker) in front of Vinayak Apt, Vasai (W) by paying "Hafta" to Municipality

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this on behalf of my father (Mohsin Matiwala). My father owns a shop in Vinayak Apt in Vasai (W), since he’s in his 70’s and physically handicap, we had given out our shop on rent. The person whom we had last rented our shop to (Mohammed Younus Lakha), he was just not ready to vacate our shop, he ‘s like a local goon, and after lots of hardship (filing a complaint against him in police station and also giving money to police)we were able to remove him. But now he sells his illegal goods on the road right in front of our shop. Due to this our shop gets covered and no one is ready to take it on rent due to his fear. The entire Vinayak Apt Society too fears him. We have applied in the Municipality, but he bribes them. We also went to our area corporator Nitin Raut, but he too simply dismissed the case. And past 4 months we have no tenants. They threatened our parents saying we know where all you went to file complaint against us, even if you go to Thane municpal no one will help you, since I give "Hafta". Please Help us.

i am to say that there is lot of garbage in csc 5 sector 14 near rose apatment rohini delhi-85. i have already complaint 3 times but i did not get any response. in this market there is lot of garbage all the resident of apartment also throw the garbage in this market there is lot of smell shopkeepers also face this smell.nobody take any action. i think this market name should be a garbage market. you are requesting to please take action as soon as possible.

A new police station open in Zafarabad main road so that hunders of vehicle are standing on the main road, Zafarabad in front of Police Station. Lakhs of people are affected of road zam everyday but police are sleeping who says always " With you, For you, Always you" but people say where are you.

I, therefore, request you that to look into the matter strongly and solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Sub. : Illegal Mobile Tower in Residential Area at the top of Alka Public School, Babarpur, Shahdara, Area.

Sir,

May I draw your kind attention toward the problem of Mobile Tower situated at residential area, at the top floor of the Childern School (Alka Public School) Hariom Gali, Babarpur, Shahdara, in our area. People are being affecting to increase problem of mobile tower range so that various diseases have to face in our area. Everybody knows that mobile tower cannot establish in the school building. I do not about the permission that was given by MCD in the building of School. School owner is a poltical and rich person so people are not having power to complaint against the owner. Who is responsible for it?

So, I humbly request you on behalf of people of our area to look into the matter personally and solve the problem as quickly as possible.

My complain may look very different, but it hurt me a lot, and i feel if any one read it careful will be agree with me.

This incident took place in Trivandrum, kerala. I am staying here for last 30 years. We have been facing very unprofessional behavior of business society from early time . one can not select vegetable of his/ her choice for vegetable shop even.

Sub: - My Client’s grievance relating to refund of money on account of cancellation of shop No. 003 A at Loknagari, Ambernath (East) Dist Thane.


1. Under instruction of my Client. Mr. Dr. Makarand .R Kulkarni, Ganesh krupa “B” wing above jai hind co-operative bank, Bazar Lane. this notice is sent to you. Further my client Mr. Dr. Makarand .R. Kulkarni booked Shop No 003 A on
[protected]. Ref. S.R. No. 7104.

2. Further he completed the payment of the above mentioned shop up to[protected] of Rs. 1, 05980/-

3. Further due to unforeseen circumstances my client was forced to cancel the booking of the above mentioned. In such situation he to immediately intimated at your office on
[protected] & requesting the refund of the paid amount to you till date.

4. Further, on the above request & Continuous verbal dicussions & follow-up request made by my client, your office had sent a letter of acceptance of request for cancellation & confirmation of receipt of payment of Rs. 1, 05980/- on
[protected].

5. Further, it was mentioned in your letter that you are looking for the prospective customer to sell the said shop and dedicate due amount towards my client as his refund money for the booking of the said shop. But no sincere attempt was made by your side. As you are still unable to sell the said shop, my client is suffering with grave financial loss incurred due to investment in booking the said shop. As your Company policy can only harass a customer until & unless he would not rebel. And so, my client has lost his patience and mentally distress due to your evil policy framing and thus claims the due amount of Rs. 1, 05980/- plus interest @ 18% p.a. calculating the period from 1st june 1999 from you.

6. Further, this notice gives you last opportunity to save your esteemed organization from strict legal action. Kindly reply to the same within 8days otherwise be ready to compensate
