My order was delivered today and I am highly dissatisfied with the service. The product received was totally different from what I ordered. There was a missing product also. Quality is totally unacceptable.

I tried calling your number given below, but I couldn't get through, as it says the number is switched off.

I want to return the product as it does not meet my expectations. Please provide refund for the same at the earliest. Also let me know the refund procedure for the same.

Please find the unboxing video attached, along with photograph of the product which I ordered and the one I received.

Let me know the next steps to return the item at the earliest and refund my amount back.

I am writing to bring to your attention the fraudulent activities of SHOP INDIAN CART website. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and the provided customer care number, I have received no response.

I am distressed to report that I have been a victim of this fraudulent practices. The product I received is completely different from what I ordered, and it is evident that this website is engaged in deceitful behavior.

The sum of 797 Rs may seem trivial to some, but for me, it represents an entire day's earnings on which my family relies. This loss is significant and has caused me immense distress.

I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a full refund for the erroneous product they have sent me. It is imperative that they honor this request promptly to restore my trust in their business.

I have ordered bra pack of three from shop indian cart on 4th march 2024, cash on delivery, i received wrong product and now im unable to return it on their website, their given contact number is invalid and they are not replying mails, i want to return the product and refund of money.
