My order was delivered today and I am highly dissatisfied with the service. The product received was totally different from what I ordered. There was a missing product also. Quality is totally unacceptable.
I tried calling your number given below, but I couldn't get through, as it says the number is switched off.
I want to return the product as it does not meet my expectations. Please provide refund for the same at the earliest. Also let me know the refund procedure for the same.
Please find the unboxing video attached, along with photograph of the product which I ordered and the one I received.
Let me know the next steps to return the item at the earliest and refund my amount back.

Received wrong product want refund of money

I have ordered bra pack of three from shop indian cart on 4th march 2024, cash on delivery, i received wrong product and now im unable to return it on their website, their given contact number is invalid and they are not replying mails, i want to return the product and refund of money.
