I ordered a product from Shop2India. Order number is 8386 and the order was placed on March 10th 2024 at 11:35 am. I received an order confirmation email from them. I realised that I have ordered the wring product and tried calling them. I tried till 6 pm and when there was no response from them. I emailed them on March 10th at 6:38 pm within 7 hrs of Ordering. The cancellation and return policy clearly states and we can cancel the product within 24 hrs of ordering and I did. There was absolutely no response from them and a month later I get the product and they are refusing to accept returns! No where in their policy they have stated any such stipulation. Fraudulent company!!!

I followed what is given in their cancellation policy. The product I purchased is 8K and now they are refusing return.

The customer care is handled by one person and now he is not even taking my call.

He asked me to email them and the reply I got was the product was shipped!

I have ordered a MacBook pro fan with order id number 9214 but there is no response from there end not even on mail or call. please close such website and provide our refund back

I placed an order for 20KV high voltage pulse generator super arc ignition boostcoil module DC12-24 BX worth Rs 3534 on 8th March 2024 and got a confirmation too but since then I haven't received any tracing id or product information. Tried reaching the company through the number and email address provided, but still haven't received any answers from them. Request you to help me in getting a refund on this.

On 28/08/2023 i order a mobile case worth Rs.1135 via UPI and haven't received any confirmation, while i tried to track the order its showing that its confirmed but no further action is being found. I suspect this site is a true fraud and need my money back. and i request the related authority to shut down this site forever to avoid such scams

I had ordered charger during lock down period order no. 2385 date 7th april in spite repeated reminders item is not received.
