Sir, i have ordered to shopaaz.com redmi note 4 (4gb ram, 64gb rom) on 03 may 2017 & paid amount rs 12499.00 online, with order no 100922. I have. Received a message on my mobile that product will be delivered within 5-7 working days but on 12/05/2017 they cancelled my order and sent a sms to my mobile that your order is cancelled and refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
But amount rs.12499 was not refunded...

My order id is #100786 i brought this item from shopaaz site.
I placed the order on 3rd may but it has been cancelled due to no stock and refund status has been issued on 12th may and till now i did not get the refund please look into the matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
I have never seen such a worst service in my life.

Hello, i ordered a mobile red mi note 4. After ten days of ordering i got a message that my order has been cancelled.
They mailed that amount will be refunded with in 7 days. But till now my amount was bot refunded. Customer care also not responding.
Please help me to refund my amount.
