I had ordered a robot puppy, but I for small normal puppy toy, which doesn't work, and I paid 2500 rs for it....

I have ordered an electraLift EM bra from shopbax through Facebook at the cost of 2100 and they delivered me an Indian Army cap which may cost 200. This is not done. I want the product that I have ordered or else I want to return the wrong product that I have received as soon as possible and want my money back ....

I ordered adjustable denture from shobax from their website, I received them today and it was with wrong fit so I called them on the number given and asked them for refund or replacement. The lady answered me and said stay online and then disconnected and blocked my number. I tried opening their website www.shopbax.in and now even the website is not available.
Phone number given was +91- [protected]....

I have been cheated as I ordered 'Compression TANK 2.0 - 2XL3XL above 120Kgs WHITE' and paid Rs 2000 but received a worst quality cargo trouser of even smaller size and when I tried to visit company web site to search if there is any refund or exchange option, It doesn't exist.

I order waterprooof green pant. But the pant I received is totally different from the Photo I saw at time of order. Moreover quality of pant I received is very poor compared to Rs 2200.00 That I paid. No I am not finding any option of return.
At time of order, It appreared website www.shopbax.in for return policy. But Now I found that there is no such website available. The product/ shopbax was shown in our facebook page.

I recently ordered a tactical trouser pant from Shopbax that was listed as "Tactical Waterproof Pants." However, the product I received is a total scam and completely different from what was advertised. It seems like Shopbax collected information from Olive Planet, where I initially saw a similar product and added to cart and I've ordered but not yet delivered.

I paid ₹2, 100 plus ₹100 for shipping, as it was a COD order. The quality of the pants I received is worth nowhere near the price I paid – it's cheap and doesn't match the description at all. This is clearly a fraudulent experience, and I feel cheated.

I demand to know how I can get a refund for this order. Does anyone else have a similar issue with Shopbax, and how did you manage to get your money back?

I ordered FK030 Multifunction watch worth rs. 3000/- INR and they delivered me a brakable watch worth 500/- iNR

I ordered electronics and they provide lotion. Very Fake company. Be careful.

I ordered Portable camera recorder for 2100 rs...But it came face cream 100 rs.
Such an scam this was. I was trying to reach them but no email or contact number.
So right now i am legally proceeding with my advocate team, since I am retired police officer i will catch them ASAP.

I had ordered CGTFY Gynecomastia Compressed trunk from Shopbax of Size 2XL/3XL with order number SLN920264, The same was courier by Bluedart with tracking number AWB[protected] and the amount of the same item was payed on delivery using paytm.

On opening the courier the size came out to be S/M, now on trying to open the website I found out it is not working and there is no contact number and I can see many people have also faced by the same people operating this website.

Requesting you to look into this matter and the get the money refunded and the people behind all of this fraud should be trialed in the court of law for frauding against many people and grabbing hard earned money and playing with people.

I ordered an oversized tee biker shorts for 2100 and i got a pink underwear. this is unacceptable. is this how these”shopbax” people scam 100 people everyday
