I recently placed an order with Shop Cart India (shopcartindia.com) with Order ID: SCI70692, and received the package on [insert date]. Unfortunately, the item delivered was not what I had ordered.
I had ordered Men’s Shorts (Buy 2 Get 2 Free), but instead, I received [wrong item]
I immediately tried contacting Shop Cart India for a return/refund, but there has been no proper response from their side....

Today I have received my Order no. #SC19002 of sweat pants for men women buy one and get one free L size via Blue dart. After opening this package i found only one piece of pant in White colour there is no other unit in it as per order one another free piece of pant is not available in this package.
So kindly sort out this...
