1. My name is AC Thapliyal and I am from Rishikesh (Uttarakhand).
2. This complaint is related to m/s WWW.SHOPECO.CO.IN, who is selling solar items online.
3. On 29.04.13, I logged-on to web site of m/s SHOPECO and placed order for the supply of one number Solar Street Light LED 6W Equivalent to 125W Halogen Bulb with Pole. They were supposed to ship the items in the name of my wife Meenakshi Thapliyal.

faulty products and non payment of refund

I had placed an order for a solar lantern and a solar cell phone charger from www.shopeco.in.
They sent the products, but both the products were wrong. The cell charger was not working properly and the lantern was not what I had selected.
When I approached the consumer support from the website, they sent me a mail saying I should return the products and they will refund my money in my bank account. It has been 2 weeks now...
