I have ordered bose wireless headphones in which i received a fake china made product worth ₹ 600 and not working one which i had paid ₹3000 for bose headphone.
Product was delivered by delivery courier services.
I am also not able to return product via return request from there website.
I call back on there number but getting the number in not valid.
Please help how can i get my refund...

The order had been placed for Bose sound sport Free Truly wireless sport headphones (Midnight blue/citron, INR2999) on 3rd January 2019, but delivered i7S TWS china made wireless headphones on 7th January 2019.

Given contact number is invalid ([protected]).

I called the deliveryman immediately, simply he was replied to use supplier's return policy. But, there is no option for return policy in their website.br...

It was a cod product
Received fraud product and feel cheated

I feel they show big discounts and send fraud product worth 100 inr.

I have the video while unpacking and also the fraud product image

Tried to connect with them, but there is no response as from the team.

Please help how to connect or log a complaint against them...
