I have ordered a set of combo kurtis contains 3 for rs,. 999 with delivery charge of rs. 90
Total amount i have given is rs. 1089
And i have received a saree which is not worthy and the product is not in good condition. There is no return option in that website

Please do actions for this kind of fake companies. Many people are suffering because of this fake pages.

I have ordered saree worth of rs.1089/- combo 3, but i got only one which very bad and poor quality, i tried to return the saree but there is no return option in website, while buying the saree they give 15 days return option on top, their contact number also wrong[protected] sunstar business hub athwa, gujarat - 385007,

I have ordered in shoplooh through facebook a combo of 3 sarees of rs999+shipping=1089. But i have received 2 sarees and also the product i received of very low quality. Please help me. I want to return it but i couldn't able to return it, because there is no return customer call number, fake address and there is no online return policy option and no proper website to reach.

Ordered online after seeing the advertisement of combo pack of kurthis but they sent the items which even don't match and the old used ones. Paid the 1089/- cash on delivery.

They are doing that on purpose because there is no customer support and they provided only 9 numbers for mobile on package. We reliazed after opening the package. Please do the needful.

After delivery when i checked the product then a chaep saree was there. It has fake address nd fake number to return back the product

I have given the money cash on delivery of 2088. Please artange to help me to get my money return back. And also take strict action against these fraud people.

I ordered 3 kurtis combo pack (Rs999/-+ extra shipping charge 90/-) at rs1089/-, case on delivery.
Today when it came to me, l was shocked to receive 1 poor quality saari instead of kurtis. I only paid the delivery boy, so i had no option to contact their customer service. I sent mail 2-3times at [protected]@shoplooh.in but it bounced back. I tried to call the customer service number but the number is out of service. I would request to return my money as soon as possible.

And i have given the money cash on delivery. I have contacted with shoploooh customer service and they reply me as "we are shoploooh, a clothing brand from malaysia and has totally no link the website you bought.

We have been receiving a lot of messages/emails with the same incident as you met. We believe that the website that you purchased might have some problem and we would suggest you to report to police in india regarding your issues.

Sunstar business hub athwa — fake order recived from shophooh on 17/07/2019.
I have ordered for pure cotton kurthi combo but received 2 no. Sarees. I have tried to contact the online shop, sender & courier people. Phone is switched off, emails are returning undelivered and the courier company says they do not have sender's contact details. It is clear case of misleading people showcasing beautiful product and deliver useless product and remain unreachable. Please refund my amount.
