A lady call me from mobile number-[protected] that she is calling from mayur vihar, delhi and she told me regarding a product which i bought from paytm with my contact details and order details. She told me that i am a lucky customer which on shopping above 3000 rupee from amazon/flipkart through shopmania will get a free dell laptop as free gift as per website promo. Then again they kept adding absurd charges, all refundable. Amount paid to paytm account: [protected], [protected]. Victimized.

Hi Team,

I got a call few days back from a company named "Shopmania" and they offered me a deal saying that I have won some prize for shopping from their site few days back. In the deal they asked me to make a purchase of 3000 rupees or above and only then I will be eligible for the gift (Samsung Galaxy S9 plus) from their company. And after that they demanded from me a sum of Rs. 14000 in the name of insurance, plus Rs. 7500 as custom duty and additional Rs. 3000 as file maintenance charges. I paid all the money through Paytm on their registered number which is also linked to the Paytm KYC. Also while I made the payment for this amount of Rs. 28000 the company ensured me that all the amount will be refundable. And when they will deliver the product along with that they will send a cheque for the amount which I have paid.

It's been more than 3 weeks now but I have neither received the gift nor the product which I ordered through their site and they have already taken approximately 28000 rupees from me. When I call them either they don't pick my call or even if they pick my call by mistake, everytime they say my product and gift will be delivered by tomorrow or coming Monday. But neither their tomorrow comes nor their Monday. Below are the names of the company employees who contacted me along with the numbers they contacted through:

Though I am from Hyderabad but their company works from Delhi and also all the above numbers are from Delhi, thus I am complaining here.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible otherwise this fraud company will make a fool out of many customers just like me.
