I paid an amount of Rs.599/- on 31st March 2022 for Rotating rack. But till now I didn't get any message or response regarding the product delivery

Ordered for a bose wireless earphones with cod in smartmaster website. Where i never received a confirmation message, no dispatch details, no order details, no tracking details. No information was provided. And finally one day i received the parcel from delhivery. On opening, i surprised and shocked to see that the product itself is different. I got a chinese wireless earpods like apple's. The bose earphone was on an offer price at 2999inr. It's really a fraud website where delhivery encourages it. On calling the customer care service they gave me the merchant details as "manvi trading express". They only provided me with the merchant name where i have to google and find their contact and other information. Very bad experience. And i lost my 2999inr. And google had no information about manvi trading express. Now how to return the product and claim for a refund? Guys need help!?

From shopmaster.in i ordered bose bluetooth ear phone at 2999 inr from shopmasterin.. Thley took 3000 and delivered third class bluetooth speaker cum radio china make.

There seems no way to contact this fraud company.

Fake site. I hope google takes down their ads. They do not ship the advertised product. Their website is on wordpress. Looks like the business model is set up by some con artists who will try to get away as long as they can. Their website gives a tel number which doesn't work and i suspect the address is also fake.
I hope the police catch up with them soon.

I had ordered bose wireless earphones for ₹2999 from this site on 11th aug. 2018, but got wrong product delivered. After searching on their website, no sign up link was found, only sign in link was available. Hence, i've mailed them but no response is received. Also the site appears to be fake.
Please provide me any link through which any legal complaint can be filed.

I had placed an order for bose truely wireless headset and in place of which i got a portable wireless speaker unboxing pictures attached for your reference.

I ordered “bose sound sports free truly wireless headphones” on august 10, 2018 with order number 15220.

The order was delivered on 13 th august 2018 with some local hands-free which does not work and can be purchased for ₹200 on streets.

I trying calling them on the number listed on their website but the number is switched off. As per the return policy, i sent them an email but there was no reply to the email as well.

This company is cheating customers and looting them. Please do something.

But I’ve received some broken Bluetooth speakers. The number of this site are switched off. They are frauds. They should be behind the bars.
I saw their advertisement on Facebook.
The bose earphones cost is Rs.18990
but they are selling them at a price of Rs.2999
I was shocked but to know about this I ordered one. And they delivered some useless product....
