Till now the medicine is not delivered nor the money refunded. The telephone number given is not working

The company has tried to cheat and i need my money back

I have ordered online palsinuron medicine worth of rs. 600/- from shopmeds.in on 13th february, 2019. Order id is #sm1786896d2. I have made online payment of rs. 540/- (After discount of rs. 60) through credit card. It has been 20 days but i didnt get the product. Even company's contact no. Available on website is switched off. No satisfactory reply from their email id. On making complaint on their website, they are just issuing the ticket...
