Shopmulmul- Received damaged products

I had placed an order with no. ML71404. Still awaiting revert from them. I am repeatedly taking follow up through mail and on call as well. It's been a month, I had placed order on 5th Oct received order very late and it was not up to the mark it was defected/damaged. I had called the next day to place a return and dropped mail as well mentioning details of telephonic conversation and images attached of damaged items. Still I am waiting for return to be picked up and for my final item.
The service is extremely slow, this information was not mentioned on website. What is the point of placing order early if even till Diwali has passed I have still not received it? Website states that reply will be received within 24 hrs even taking into consideration Diwali rush reply still not received even after 48 hrs passed.
This is my first experience with the company and it has been very troublesome for me. Order should have been checked and delivered in best condition only this was a mistake on their side.
The order has been paid for in full and now I am afraid that after order is picked up I will not get fresh items for which I have paid money. This is unacceptable the quality is not as shown on their website. This is malpractice, cheating and false information. Post payment customer service is very poor. This feels like cheating.

Placed my order more than a month ago. Still don't know when am I suppose to get it. There is no option to cancel the order online. Really bad customer service.very pathetic..fraud site

Malicious practices by shopmulmul

I had bought a honey cup kurta set with dhoti pants and a dupatta of worth Rs.15350 from shopmulmul which now I am struggling to get back.I had initiated a return pickup via whatsapp for Mulmul as the product was damage and oversized. It's been over a month, the product got picked up from my place by the blue dart courier service arranged by team mulmul and the refund has not yet been processed. There's no proper communication about the status of my refund.
Every time I speak to the stylists at Mulmul over the whatsapp they tend to procrastinate saying they are looking into it.
Quality is one thing but if you have to retain your customer then you need to have a good after sales service too. I feel they are cheating a lot of customers like this. And their intent is malicious. The team at shopmulmul had been trained to defarud it's customers by helping them in placing the product initially and not responding at all in case the customer face any issues with the product post the delivery
I have also raised the issue on various social media platforms like twitter and facebook on their official page.
However, I have not received any response from the team at Mulmul. It's been more than a month now but still there is no reply or response from anyone inspite of highlighting the issue at multiple platforms.
I have also attached the screenshot of my conversation with the stylists at shopmulmul. It will clearly shows how they start ignore and making excuses and also start blaming the customer in case there is a return request placed with the team for exchange or refund.
I urge the authorities to take strict action against such fraudsters and help the people get their refunds alongside the compensation for shopmulmul for doing such a wrong deed.
