Respected sir, i rohit kumar ordered a mobile on shopnext1.com as comparing cost with other platforms and thought its reliable on 02rd dec 2019 but after making payment through phone pe and bank account amount got debited after that it said too add all contact details and everything was done it said payment...

Respected sir, i am sagar hipparag iordered a mobile on shopnext1.com as comparing cost with other platforms and thought its reliable on 11th dec 2019 but after making payment through phone pe and bank account amount got debited after that it said too add all contact details and everything was done it said payment successful and ordered placed and will be receiving in 6 working days. After 7 days tried contacting on 18th dec through app chat...

Hi this is raghu. I order realme 5s in shopnext1 on 10th dec through website www.shopnext1.com.but i didn't get deliver from the company. I paid the payment of rs9, 016 through phonepe. Now i tried to call the company toll free number [protected] and it showed not working and tried to connect website www.shopnext1.com, it showed unable to connect the server. Please check it once and give me the solution as soon as possible....
