I ordered twice from shopolics - once for me and other time for my daughter. Both time we were highly DISAPPOINTED. Quality of material is poor, colors and fitting do not match photos shown on website. And for returning to them you need to courier the items back at your expense which is not easy. So NOT RECOMMENDED to purchase from here.

I paid Rs.976.65 online for buying a product [Combo of 2 Cotton Men Handloom Pant Beige and White-35980
SKU: SHOPANT35980
Waist Size : XL-(36-39 Inches)] from Shopolics but after successful payment there was neither any order confirmation shown on the website, nor in my mail/ sms. The payment was made through CCAvenue portal from which the following message was received after successful payment: "Your Order#28835611 on www.shopolics.com for INR 976.65 was successful.CCA Ref No:[protected]"

The company sent me incomplete order after full payment. They NEVER pick the phone. They do not reply to email. It's a fraudulent company. They have not refunded my money since April.

I ordered combo pack of pants of Rs 799. The same day, I requested for change because of size and cloth material. I have been assured for the same. I have ordered two cloth material from shopolics for 990 rupees. I was delivered only one material after 10 days. The quality of that product is very poor. I complained about it on the same day but there is no response. I called them innumerable times but they do not pick the call. And they don't call back either.
I want a refund of my money.
The cost of the cloth material is very cheap.
Kindly refund my money.

This is regarding above order no. of online store shopolics. I had ordered combo pants worth 899/- (discounted price) on 31st August, 2020. And received the item on 7th Sept. The size did not fit and requested for replacement. They picked the item n said, once they receive at their end then only they will ship the replacement, which is unlike Amazon n other online store. Since then its showing "in transit" only. Lots of mails were exchanged but of no help. No update.
I feel cheated and think that neither I will receive the replacement nor refund.

I placed an order through the site: https://www.shopolics.com and payed through paytm. The amount has been deducted and i didn't get any confirmation mail or message regarding the order.
From the merchant side also it's confirmed that transaction was successful.

The shoplics customer care service is not responding to my calls or emails.

Please help me out to solve this issue.

Hi, This guys where cheated my money, still the have not refunded my money back, Feb 2109 was my booking date, 2 months there was no any response from the shopolics, my product is not dispatched, after all struggle they had replied through mail, saying that the product which you have booked is not available and to select some other product, since i am not interested any of other product, i requested to refund my money back, they where just playing with our hard earn money and feelings, its been 7 months there no refund or no response. 30 mails as of now i had send o them, both the mentioned mobile numbers where switched off.

I ordered cloth material from shopolics for 1400 rupees. I was delivered the wrong product on 3rd day, 2019 and I complained about it on the same day through email and whats app. In, mail they asked for pictures and I sent them on 3rd May itself and I sent another mail with pictures on may 4th. From then on, there is no response. I called them innumerable times but they do not pick the call. And they don't call back either.
I want a refund of my money. In case if that is not possible, I need an exchange

I added the wrong products I received

Ordered running material of 2.5 mtr paid rs 700 ccavenue on march 16. Didnot received it yet. I have been sending them emails but no valid reply came. Once they said they are trying... But no use. I need the refund with interest. When i tried calling them over the phone number given... It was not even dialing. I bought the same to gift to a person... But all in vain. Their site says delivery within 12 or 14 days but 21 days passed by and no information.

I have ordered few fabrics of total amount nearly 1600. Customer care is not picking the phone. And there is no.update on.the order placed. The waybill number in the invoice is also not correct when I search in delivery site. My bad luck I did not review them before otherwise I couldn't have ordered at all.

Any alternative to speak to those Shopolics pole.

Order a fabric from shopolics website which is sky blue colour... Received a material which is navy blue... Tried to contact them immediately... They responded a day after the complaint.. I was told that my dress will be arranged for return pick up... Its been 48hrs since my order... But return pickup has not been arranged yet... I want refund of money.. Kindly help

I ordered a particular fabric but they’ve sent me something else. I wrote to them immediately and showed the picture of the received product. They said they’ll reverse pick up and I can choose my fabric again. But few days later, still nobody came to pick up so I wrote to them again. They said they’ll give me 30% discount on my next purchase and I should keep the wrong fabric. I said I didn’t want a discount on next purchase as I’m not going to buy from them again. I requested them to reverse pick up the wrong item as they first said and send me the actual item I had ordered, as it is still shown on their website, or if it’s not available, I could choose something else. Ever since, despite of my follow up emails, they are completely ignoring me.

I ordered 2 fabrics from shopolics.com, but both received something else. Now when i try to contact shopolics customer care for 2 days it was switch off and another 2 days i am calling day and night but no one receives calls only it is ringing.
They replied me on email that too sorry we will arrange for return but they dont provide address how to return.

Also saw many similar complaints about this website but my bad luck i did not check them before ordering.

I ordered a fabric from this company and received a different fabric. They took almost 2 weeks to deliver the same (Though their site says 5 to 7 business days for delivery).
I immediately informed them about the wrong fabric sent and had return couriered the same to their address.

The courier was delivered to themon 23rd october 2018.
I have been following them up for refund since then.. No one responds on mail or picks the call.
Please find attached pics of the order, received fabric, courier receipt andplease help me with the refund.
