Hi I am order two 32gb Samsung memory card and two 16gb memory I am receive all this prdct but this prdct is not work when I am call at custoemr care he will says we repalce Ur prdct then after 2-3days he send me a mail we unable to replace Ur prdct so we give u a refund o[censored]r prdct then this time I am call or email he will not answer my question and when I am call CEO of shopperfect he ended my call so pls help me what I am do

Dear sir, i am believing this website would clear my complaint.

I have ordered pendrives from the website shopperfect.In in february. Within few days i received a mail mentioning my amount has been partially refunded. But till now i didn't received my amount.

The owner of this company sanu sourabh didn't replied any my emails except for one. His reply for my mail is as follows

Hii i.brought some thing from this site 1mnth ago..but they till no send it to me..there contact number /mail id all is not responding..i am thinking this is a fraud site as when 1st time i shop from they they send it t me but leter when i order much amount they dont response..pls do smthing...

Shopperfect.In is an online ecommerce site for buying computercaccessories.I bought a 32gb kingston pendrive for rs99 i paid online more than a week ago.I still havent received my product nor any details about the shipment of the product..Its been more than a week i have got no confirmation from the website. I tried caling the customer care but its unreachable..Please help me and my friends in getting my refund back or by assuring us that...
