I ordered a Item from Shopsy On 10th October for The occasion Of Diwali. the App was showing That I will Get My Order on 21st October, But It has been 23 Days I dont even Got My Product. my App Was Showing me product Has been Delivered, But Its Not ! I called Customer Care Support But They Are So Much careless they Dont even Call Back, If they Call Back They do a Missed call for 1 second. And If I picked up Their call No one talks to me .. i raised Complaint on shopy 4 Times But They Didnt respond me and they upload on shopsy that my Issue is resolved. But its not Has been Resolved .. they Are Not Even Giving my Refund Back .

I have ordered a product on sep 28th and it was showing shipping will happen on 11th oct and delevry on 12th oct but now they changed the delevery date and item is not yet shipped. No items will get this much time. Worst team.

Hav placed more then 2000 orders mostly prepaid order only and cod orders also correctly delivered then y they blocked me.. My margin also blocked and i can't able to place return for damage and wrong products.. It's fully cheating .. Customer support ve bad..

I have been ordered a bollywood Georgette Saree paying a Rs. 184/- online. In the app its showing shipped on 11th Sep 22 but as it has to be delivered upto 12 Sept 2022. Now its showing that the Item yet to be delivered.

I ordered on 18.08.2022 - 2 SEVEN 2IN1 QUICK CHOPPER CHOP & CHURN VEGATAB;LES..
Only one piece was delivered to me on 29.08.2022.
When I complained for short supply, I was asked to return the item, and was told that a fresh replacement parcel with two items will be delivered
ON 05.09.2022, the replacement parcel was delivered and the earlier item was taken back.
When I opened this parcel I found that (1) again only one item was sent, not two (ii) besides this time the replaced item was broken.
I lodged complaint to their customer care but no reply was received . calls to their customer care brought no results.
I WANT THAT SHOPSY TO BE PENALISED FOR SUCH BEHAVIOUR, ASKED TO SEND ME TWO PIECES OF THE ITEMS ORDERED AND A DAMAGE CLAIM OF RS. 500 BE PUT ON SHOPSY.

I am reseling a product from shospy app but shopsy not credit my reseling amount to my accout

I have ordered a product on shopsy with 30 size and received product with same number but actual difference of more than 4 sizes, so filed return but they have resolved the issue at their own without my consent and later on refused to sort the issue.

I have ordered 1:18 model monster truck in shopsy which is sub brand of Flipkart.shopsy is reselling app. which i received wrong 1:20 model. I requested for replacement or refund in return but rejected everytime.order ID OD[protected]. Then my account blocked. Fake investigation by Flipkart shopsy as always . Flipkart always helps fake and fraud sellers.Fake investigation only .i paid 1169rs. Please take action on shopsy and flipkart and refund my amount
