I have placed an order for the above mentioned item on 25th march by paying rs.2295 / through net banking. Already 43 days are over still there is no response from them about the delivery of the item. I have sent so many mails to [protected]@shoptroom.com and all my mails are ignored with out any reply. This company is seems to a fraud one and cheated so many customers like

I have placed order with m/s shoptroom india for the supply of servo k070 blue tooth pen dialer order no 28669 and the order was placed on 25th march 2019. Already 39 days are over the item is not delivered. I have sent so many mails through their web site and also to [protected]@shoptroom.com all my mails are ignored. The automated reply says that my query is answered with in 3 days, and so many 3 days have gone and there is no reply. There web site says the item is under processing and how many days will they take for processing. This company is not seems to be a genuine one. I request you to take necessry action regarding the same

Dear sir,

I ordered a JJRC H43WH WIFI FPV With 720P Camera High Hold Mode Foldable Arm RC Drone Quadcopter from apportion website and it’s been more than 19 days there has been no update on thier website order status which still mentions as processing. They do not have a call center or email to report. Even the sales email mentioned on their website bounced. A chat messenger on thier website is always offline and not responding to any submissions. They do not have a registered office or any support in india but only a po box. Payment gateway was razorpay for this co. I have asked them for refund as well today.
